Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Yukon

Received delivery from them a couple weeks ago. Ordered a salad with dressing and didn't get dressing. Sent in a complaint on their website and received an apology from CFA corporate stating they will pass it along to store Mgr. I received an apology from him as well. At this point I'm okay. Fast forward to this week. Ordered another salad with 2 dressings hoping that might catch someone's attention. It did not. Missing again. Not many enjoy eating a salad with no dressing. I called the store and immediately get voice mail. Clearly they are busy so I didn't leave a msg but did try CFA Cares again online. Figured they responded once... This time I get an email telling me I have to go through Door Dash since that's who delivered. What a cop out! Door Dash has nothing to do with this. My bags were sealed. Now I didn't ask for a refund or demand someone bring me dressing. I asked that they pay attention and do better! Instead I'm shoved off because CFA Cares doesn't...

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A. I asked for my fries to be well done as was told we will do our best as they come off the line, so I asked a clarifying question of "so you can't make them extra crispy" and was told that they would be happy to enter that request. With a "my pleasure" after my thanks.

When I got my fries they were not well done and were luke warm to boot! After finishing the meal (minus the fries) I asked to speak with a manager and was informed by her that they won't make the fries well done at this location. I stated I wish they had just told me that as I wouldn't have ordered the fries. (I know some will do it others won't) I also asked and received a refund for the fries.

I wish the famed service of Chick-fil-A was as good as it used to be. I can go to any Mc-d's and get well done fries but can't consistently at Chick-fil-A, a chain known for its culture of...

I've been going to Chick-fil-A in Yukon Oklahoma since they started. Occasionally I stop for breakfast and get a Chick-fil-A sandwich as I don't have the choppers to choose and I can shoot that I've always gotten a nice sandwich in the morning and today they tell me that they don't serve Chick-fil-A sandwiches for breakfast in the morning and they never have and after getting in for 7 years that kind of irks me me because I have to eat a special diet and they've never had a problem making it until today but to tell me they don't serve chicken sandwiches in the morning after serving them to me for the last 7 years I'm not very happy about it so if anybody goes to Chick-fil-A I'm told by the corporate office that it's up to the people that work there if they want to serve you Chick-fil-A sandwich or not.
