This place is great! We went in to compare mattresses and Ray was super helpful and not pushy at all. My husband really doesn't do well with pushy sales people but Ray was just so nice, I can't say enough about him. We ended up purchasing a bed set for us and my daughter.

This is where my son purchased his bed set several weeks ago and he just loves his! He says he hasn't slept so good for as long as he can remember. So we decided to check them out. Glad we did!

Purchasing was pain free and hassle free and we even received a few extras. Ray really hooked us up but I was really pleased about how knowledgeable he is. We briefly discussed some back issues that my husband and I have and Ray's recommendations were really spot on.

So now we're just waiting for our delivery and we can't wait! Their guaruntee and warrantee leave us feeling confident about our purchase. So A+ for customer service, A+ for customer appreciation, A+ for customer satisfaction and A+ for quality products. Oh, did I mention, they have top of the line, new technology (if that's what you'd call it. Probably not, but it's late and I'm tired. Lol!).

The first Saturday we went in to the Yukon store, manager Bob Miller greeted us at the door. We weren’t really looking to buy a new bed that day, but by the time we left, Bob had us set up with the purchase of a king for a queen plus a free adjustable base. The following Saturday we went in to pay and set up the delivery. In that one week the mattress had been discontinued and the adjustable base was out of stock. Understanding my wife is a pain sufferer, Bob found us a better adjustable base in stock and top of the line mattress for slightly more than the original deal. In all, Bob got us a better base, a top of the line mattress and helped us SAVE OVER $2500!! Do what we did - go to the other stores first and take note of the prices. Bernie and Micah are so nice and helpful! Bernie could name off stats while Micah named off rates! Lol We went to brick and morter after trying two “online/ship only” brands - a DreamCloud and PuffyLux! Although both brands are good - their trial period along with return process was nice - it just didn’t fit me or my partner. It also doesn’t help that we both sleep a bit different so he likes more plush while I like more firm but we also don’t want to spend $8K or more! We’ve researched and searched and finally stumbled in for Labor Day just to get an idea of options. They were so kind and knowledgeable on the products and good for suggestions when we liked something to suggest similar options for a different cost.
