I have visited this store 3 times over the last 6 weeks and I plan to call the corporate office. Every single time I've shopped here I am watched so much by the management that it's borderline harassment! 1st visit from the moment I walked in I passed the STORE MANAGER and commented to him how lovely the store was and from then he paged the security then I watched and heard as well as read his lips as he then instructed other employees to watch me. I can not believe the extent these people went to every isle I was on they would literally pace up and down so bad I couldn't turn around without running into one of them. So once I seen the STORY MANAGER again I called him out and explained that I understood a little why he may have felt the need to watch me( its like 100 degrees out and I'm wearing a black velour hoodie with hood up and a black mask.) But I told him I had a seriously embarrassing hair issue going on and that's why, I'm not here to steal. He had no response. Haha and when I tried to call once I left to get the higher up persons name and number to complain magically boohoo manager is available to take the call or call me back. I've since shopped there 2× and all 3 were similar experiences but none quite as bad as the first. Absolutely not ok learn some new strategies. I heard, saw and read what the manager did so there's no mistaking...

I spent $700.00 on all kindas of sales and good deals on fabletics, yard, yarns, and bought 2 sewing machines here. Employees are amazing. Willing to help my daughter and I. They will help you when you need it. They will answer any questions you have. If they don't know something ask someone else.

The only bad thing i felt uncomfortable about is one lady came and stood in front of my cart like i was going to make a run for it. I go under dressed and than go in nicely dressed to see the difference on how employees treated my daughter and i. 📢 Dont go in here under dressed. They followed you though the store. Everywhere we went there was someone watching us. It was uncomfortable. Having someone stand holding your cart while you check out was uncalled for.
