I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude for the care I received at Nha Khoa Otis in Quận 1. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for—almost hypnotized by the kindness and attention to detail from Dr. Phuong and his team. I’ve never felt so loved and at ease in a dental chair!

After a previous dentist placed a temporary crown out of alignment, I was left facing decay and the possibility of a root canal. Dr. Phuong’s gentle, steady hands and soothing manner immediately put me at ease. He administered numbing injections with such skill that I barely felt a thing—something I’ve never experienced before. His talent and compassion are truly a credit to his profession.

Dr. Phuong not only replaced my crooked crown perfectly, but he also discovered another serious mistake from my last dentist, who had glued a crown on backwards, causing further decay. I now look forward to returning to have this corrected as well. He also identified an old cavity and took the time to explain all my options in detail, making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.

What stands out most is Dr. Phuong’s dedication to treating his patients as people, not just procedures. He listens carefully, communicates clearly, and approaches every decision with genuine care and consideration for my needs. I feel truly valued and cared for.

I came across Otis after another clinic in Saigon messed up my appointment and couldn’t squeeze me in even though it was their mistake. I went straight to Otis right away, not only did they comfort me but also told me not to worry and they have dentists available to help solve the issue right away. I had cavities that were hurting, hence the emergency.

I saw the doctor pretty much right away with no waiting time at all, there was also a translator (An) who spoke such good English and helped me out. I knew that I had to do a root canal since a few months ago but have been postponing it due to my fear of dentists and drills even though I am covered in tattoos. I was introduced to Dr. Toan (who looked a little scary) but is actually super gentle and super sweet. He spoke really calmly to me during the root canal injections, easing the pain of the numbing injection and checking in so often during the whole treatment to see if I was in pain and if I was okay. The only part that hurt was 1 needle to the gum (which lasted 4 seconds) I felt absolutely zero pain after for the whole procedure.

I am picky about dentists and doctors but Dr. Toan is really something else. Otis is definitely the place to be if you need any help with dental, I have never encountered better service, quality or prices elsewhere. Thanks Dr. Toan...

I don't have a bad word to say about Otis Dental. Their work is top notch and "alot" cheaper than what i would pay back home in Australia. They have a translator in there who can help you every step of the way. I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted, and their staff could not be more accommodating. They were able to fit me in straight away that morning, and there technology is as good as anywhere in the world. I informed them that I was leaving HCMC at 11am that morning, so they did everything they could to ensure that the procedure would take place asap. The procedure went well, and the staff were very friendly. I had some problems with the antibiotics that I was prescribed, but An Gia (the translator) was very prompt at replying to me, and got my antibiotics changed to a more suitable one for me, which helped immediately. I would highly recommend Otis dental if you need dental work done in HCMC/Saigon. They will not disappoint. They are just as good, if not better, than any dentist I've been to in Australia.
