Affordable prices compared to US malls. Bought some nice Zara sweaters for about $10 each. Dresses were $20 and under. Got some lucky cat porcelain miniatures for $0.50 each. And beautiful 5 pcs chopsticks for $2. A lot of security and friendly english speaking staffs. There are some sellers (like any other malls) who will approach you from their booth to sell things, no harm done if you just ignore them like I usually do everywhere in the world (acknowledging the salesperson usually means you are interested and opens LOTS of doors for endless haggles that you can ignore too). Avoid the mall food at all cost!! Had to ask the chef for seasoning for me to make my dishes taste better...the fried rice and noodles tasted like microwave food @_@ (sadly , all restaurant food these past 2 weeks in Saigon had given me upset stomache, might be from not being fresh, cleaned, and/or food are preserved. Clean street food allows me to taste the authenticity, organic clean freshness, and hard work it took to make the meal which has never upset my stomache ). You have to walk a bit or take a taxi to a different district for good...
Read moreIt is a good place to shop and simply walk around in admiration😉. As a tourist, I visited PULL & BEAR and I must say that the manager (a girl named Helen Nguyen) with her male colleague were very professional yet extremely kind, helpful, friendly and considerate in dealing with an issue...What is admirable is the ability of a good manager as Helen Nguyen to come up with a Win-Win solution for both customer & store (rather than just go by the rules, be apologetic without generating a positivity outcome). The excellent customer relation professionalism displayed by the manager Helen Nguyen at PULL & BEAR is superior and in stark contrast in comparison to the managers at the adjacent H & M store ...who I personally feel need to acquire more skills at finding solutions .(although their executives were helpful yet strictly by the book)...Solutions to the same problem were achieved at both places , yet easier at PULL & BEAR. I strongly recommend people to visit PULL & BEAR for a great shopping experience. (Kindly note my review is unbiased and with no personal gain whatsoever...just sharing my...
Read moreThese twin buildings are visible from around the local area due to the green glass walls and the chevron roof awnings, the buildings are a mix of accommodation, office and retail space. Some refer to it as the H&M Buildings due to the H&M store's branding on the outside but it is actually the Vincom Centre.
It's especially useful to Australians as the Australian Consulate is located on the upper floor of the north tower.
There are several floors of retail above and below ground level that carry majors as well as independent retailers. A large food court can be found at basement level as can a supermarket tucked way in the back corner of the lowest shopping level. Below that is parking. Above the retail is a cinema and a few more restaurant places.
At the time of this writing, there were renovations going on that look like they will be filling in the gorgeous central void for more retail space -- we can only hope not!
You are a quick trot from attractions such as the family-friendly walking street, the opera house, and other mostly Western retail in the...
