Highlands Coffee - Vincom Center Dong Khoi — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I ordered ice blended and the staff was making it. While making it, I saw her eating out from each ice blended with the spatula. It was quite disgusting. I know you’re suppose to taste if it ok, but I was disgusting to see the staff trying and just used water rinsing without really washing and scooping the next one. I highly don’t think it’s really hygienic. The owner needs to do something. Further to that, I’ve been here few times, it’s really disappointing to see this kind of thing. Staff cleanliness is really important. The owner should take action, it happened on 29th December 2017. If the staff had tasted and washes properly, I would not comment. But this was terrible all customers drinks are tasted. I would not come back to this place.

Highlands Coffee Vincom Centre is crowded and has spacious seats for in house diners. Highlands serve the good taste of coffee. They have several choices of coffee from black to white, traditional Vietnamese coffee to international blend. There are banh-mi (Vietnam traditional toast bread) and other snacks served. Menu card is available in Vietnamese and English. The cashier staff also can speak English, but the collection crew counter can't speak English. Terrible service cold coffee seating taken up by people using free wifi for hours with 1 drink placed strategically to both block whole table and show a purchase. Staff rushed on older patrons by removing trays with food still being eaten while their friends sat for hours. Observed over 2 hours after my group were rushed on having to stand and eat/drink.
