I live in Landmark 81 20-10 for one year and the facilities, surroundings and First Class building it exceptional but the Attention to Residents complaint is very poor I have being complaining for a excessive noise for 2 weeks already, went to lobby, write down a complaint in the Vinhomes APP, talked to Security and 2 weeks later not even an answer or follow up, the noise if during all night like a something banging on my roof all nigh long so I could not sleep but looks like after many complaints they don't care about the satisfaction of the residents and really is a shame for such a good company reputation to have people working for them that don't represent them as the good...
