Lovely hotel. We are very thankful for its existence. It was literally our life saver during our stay in Sa Pa. The food prepared at their restaurant was the best Vietnamese food we have had during our stay in Vietnam. We so much liked the food that we always returned from outside to have our lunch there and then we went out again. We used booking.com and had family rooms: 2 interconnected rooms. Each room Had a minibar and it was replenished free of charge every time Housekeeping was invited to clean the room. The beds were very comfortable. The biggest asset of this hotel are the staff. Absolutely all the staff were super pleasant and very professional. They all understood well English which is not so common in Vietnam. River, at the reception was our star. She even pre-ordered our dinner the first day we arrived in Sa Pa. I wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel. We loved the fact that the hotel was not in the heart of the city since it was much quieter and we also had the best possible view one could ask for(well, when the clouds cleared). We arrived in the early hours of the morning after taking the overnight train from (Po) to Sapa. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and treated to a delicious breakfast. The selection of fresh produce and made-to-order dishes was both refreshing and satisfying.

The staff in the dining room were incredibly attentive, and the rooms were spotless and thoughtfully arranged. We had connecting balconies with our daughter’s room, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains—absolutely stunning.

The in-room amenities were excellent, including cozy nightgowns and slippers, which made our stay feel even more special.

A special mention goes to Lien Chan at reception, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us to explore the local area without the need for a tour guide. She gave us recommendations for four fantastic spots to visit, all easily reached by taxi. Her advice made a huge difference to our experience.

What a wonderful meal at a very reasonable price! We booked a table here as we stayed at Aira Sapa Hotel and wanted a special treat as it was my wife’s birthday. We opted for the set menu (5 courses) and it most certainly lived up to expectations. The food was divine and portion sizes actually quite large. I also requested they do something special for my wife; they gave us a free desert with a decorated plate and candle and song. The desert was phenomenal! What made the experience extra special was the brilliant service we experienced, all waiters were attentive and well trained but our waiter, Mr Taun, was fantastic. His knowledge of the dishes and the best way to eat them all was informative and added to the experience. Finally, the bill was SO reasonable for such impressive food. Cannot recommend this...
