One of the best experiences you will have. The show is so amazing and the springs are magically refreshing. If you go on a weekend or during summer or school vacations, go early because they stop letting people in when capacity is reached. We were burned by this once so we went to Pine Island. Weeki let us in later, just before the 3 pm show. Another thing, if there is a tropical storm or hurricane coming, they will close all day. We were burned by that on a different day. We went to Pine Isl (which also closed early) and then Bowl 360. Pick a good weather day and arrive early if you want to ensure you see a show. There is a small beach with chairs and plenty of other areas to set up your own belongings. There are snack shops or you can bring your own food. Also, bring lots of water as you will get thirsty quickly. There are three mermaid shows every day, weather dependent. Even though you will be indoors watching, the mermaids are outdoors in the spring, so they cannot perform in thunderstorms. When you see the mermaid show, you will not believe the setting is real. It looks beautifully surreal. It is well worth the drive and particularities. As you explore the park, you will be able to kayak through the river springs, go on a boat tour, zoom down a waterslide, float on the natural lazy river, or chill in the cool water. Noodle floaties are allowed. If you spend time in the water, afterwards, when you settle in for the evening, you will feel a special sense of restoration that only Weeki Wachee Springs can provide.

AMAZING!! The show was AMAZING, and the park was cute. The swimming was closed, and we checked the website the day before, and it wasn't posted directly on the page. You would have to search for it because we even went to "plan your visit" tab, and it wasn't mentioned on there. which was disappointing.. the gift shop in the front was super affordable and workers were very helpful and friendly.. the gift shop in the park when you 1st walk-in was very pricey but had cute stuff and a variety of gifts and souvenirs. The show is worth it! The day we sent, they only had 2 shows. The river boat cruise line was long, and the time slots sucked so we didn't get to do that, or we would have missed the last mermaid show. But I will definitely be back and hope to enjoy ALL of it.

This was an incredible experience with these real life Mermaids.Though they are a myth but these cute mermaids made me believe in one. This was an amazing show which is put up for all ages. Their breathing techniques under water for straight 30mins and their dance and acrobats were simply mind blowing. Kudos to the team 👏 It’s a must watch!!! PS: It is a 13$ for adults and this ticket can be used for the water park and river cruise too. Mermaid shows starts at 9am and the last show is at 3pm. Make sure to get there early because it fills up quickly. And the last river cruise is at 2pm. So plan accordingly if visiting Weeki Wachi.

The park is clean and well maintained. We went to watch the mermaid show, which was really nice. The performers were giving it their all, especially the Ursula actress. Just a FYI, Ursula does scream quite loudly in the show, which could scare little children. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the boat ride seats are limited so we were not able to do that. Overall good experience but the park is a bit small. Since the entrance fee is $13 a person we didn’t expect a major park. We got to see what we wanted to see and enjoyed it.

Enjoyed the mermaid show, educational ranger experience, boat ride, playground, and MERMAID show. Was definitely worth the admission fee to keep!! Especially to help keep this 1000-acre coastal preserve funded and functioning!! Unfortunately, the Waterpark side wasn't open due to performing repairs. But it was too cold anyway. I'm glad they didn't waste down time during the summer! We will definitely be back!! I'm sure upon completion, the repairs/ upgrades will earn it 5 stars!
