Perfect hotel for early or late flights, and overnight layovers. My husband and I recently stayed at NH Vienna Airport Conference Center hotel for one night. We had an overnight layover with both a late arrival and early departure. You cannot beat this hotel’s location to the Vienna airport! We literally collected our luggage, walked through a passageway in the airport, then went outside and crossed the street. It was so incredibly quick, easy and convenient! No stress of getting car service or waking up earlier for extra travel time to catch our flight. We woke up, ate breakfast and crossed the street to check in for our morning flight. The hotel is very stylish, clean, and comfortable. There is a restaurant, as well as a bar and lounge area on the ground floor next to the lobby. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, and the food was very delicious! The staff were also very nice. The restaurant is set up with buffet breakfast in the morning, and serves a variety of hot and cold items. They offer typical selections, such a eggs, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices and coffees. Our room was spacious & comfortable, and included seating, desk, and a large bathroom. It was a great place to rest and recharge after a long day traveling. We definitely recommend this hotel for convenience, comfort and value!

My mate and I stayed here for a quick over night due to flying into Vienna very late and needing to be up and out early. Arrived about 1130pm and were lucky to be at the front of the queue. We queued for around 20 minutes and by then the queue was 45 minutes. They had 3 people checking people in. Check in was quite quick, maybe 6 or 7 minutes. The lobby is very nice and has a little self serve shop with drinks from water to beers, toiletries, snacks and some travel eletronics. The room was nice with comfy beds and super sexy soft pillows. Had a desk, chair, espresso machine and safe. Plenty of storage with nice big bathroom and toilet. The shower is in the bath and instead of it pointing along the bath it is at 90 degrees points at the wall so not much space to actually stand in it. We had to go back to arrivals and get a burger as the bar stopped serving food at 11 but is open for drinks till 1am. Brekki was good in the morning. Large selection of hot, like eggs and sausages. Loads of cold meats, salads, cereals and bread. Fresh juices like orange and apple, with good selection of tea bags and a coffee machine. Staff were friendly and location is fine for an overnight but not if you want to be in Vienna for a few days.

The photos online by the hotel are of the few updated rooms. I don’t know who is giving this place good reviews.The outdated rooms - if you have the misfortune of getting one are horrid. Wall Paper peeling off, pretty sure our fire alarm wasn’t inspected since 2015, see photos. Air con doesn’t work. Smells terrible. Staff weren’t ready for us at check in. The whole hotel smells of feces especially due to all the pet owners that stay here with pets. If you go out for fresh air don’t slip in all the dog pee. Enjoy the smell no longer of chemicals to cover up dog smell but cigarette smoke from people smoking two feeet from the door. Probably the worst airport hotel we have stayed in for the price. Id recommend take a cab in the morning from a nice place. The halls sound like a zoo/ dog pound. The rooms smell from dogs and harsh rough chemicals to cover it up, opening the window didn’t help, you just hear dogs barking outside. the outdated rooms have beds that are terribbly uncomfortable, most of the staff have no idea what they’re doing. Aren’t helpful. In fact, smug. It must be a hard job to sit there and watch dozens and dozens of dogs bark and smell and pee everywhere. Woof. Avoid if you want to sleep. Horror.

I was at NH hotel with my 23 month old baby because of an unfortunate medical situation in my family. We had to land in an emergency in Vienna as a result of which I ended up in NH hotel while my mom was hospitalized. I was at NH for 10 days and during my stay I am just too grateful to the entire team. Special thanks to manager NATALIA for handling the unique situation and acknowledging all the needs for me and my baby. After the entire day in hospital NH was my relaxing pad. Rooms were always clean, made up.Housekeeping was always on point.Most importantly the restaurant staff was so caring and empathetic towards me. Many kind of knew my situation so everyone always greeted me with a smile and utmost care which is what you need when you are in vulnerable situation.While i sat in the restaurant and attended multiple calls from the hospital some one or other will entertain my baby in that time frame which just revealed their caring streak.Even if I was late from hospital me and baby always got food. Also, a very special mention to restaurant staff ZORIANA for always making that extra effort to make me and specially my baby comfortable.She was very nice, kind and hit it off with my baby right away.By day 10 I felt welcomed from them and did not want to leave the hotel until I was ready to fly. Along with all these other situations the location was pivotal.Its 2 min from the airport so I could walk to the airport whenever i needed to.Overall I would highly recommend them whether it's a relaxing vacation or emergency situation like mine U can...

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s professionalism and efficiency. Despite the circumstances, the staff was welcoming, swiftly checking me in and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Great kudos to Mr. Jonathan Palafox in the reception area!

The hotel’s proximity to the airport is unbeatable—literally just a few minutes’ walk from the terminal, making it incredibly convenient for weary travelers. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the necessary amenities for a restful night, including a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a sleek bathroom with a powerful shower.

I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to catch up on work and stay connected. The breakfast buffet the next morning was another highlight, offering a variety of fresh options from pastries to hot dishes, perfect for starting the day before heading back to the airport.

Overall, the NH Vienna Airport Hotel turned an unexpected layover into a pleasant and restful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in need of a convenient, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay near Vienna Airport.
