The most RUDE and DISAPPOINTING experience of my life!

I paid €8.90 for focaccia, but the counter somehow couldn't produce a receipt, so I couldn’t take my food and was very confused. My bank confirmed the payment immediately, but I still stood there forever trying to figure out what was going on. I showed them the notification on my phone, but apparently, that wasn't enough for them.

Instead of figuring out the issue, the rude waitress assumed I hadn’t paid. She even showed me the machine working smoothly with another customer to prove “I didn’t pay.” After I told her I didn’t know how else to prove that I had already paid, she had the nerve to say, "You know? You can take the food now, but YOU DIDN’T PAY.”

I tried the lasagna and focaccia at Ciao a Tutti, and I was blown away. The lasagna was everything you dream of when you think of real Italian comfort food – rich, cheesy, perfectly layered. I could taste the care and love in every bite.

The employee Peter was very rude to me out of nothing. First I was holding a water in my hands and ran after my 4 year old niece and he started shouting to my sister am I planning to pay for the water though I was inside the coffee shop. When I came back to pay for the water I was looking at my phone screen and he told me that I have to say Guten Tag to him before he serves me.
