The most RUDE and DISAPPOINTING experience of my life!
I paid €8.90 for focaccia, but the counter somehow couldn't produce a receipt, so I couldn’t take my food and was very confused. My bank confirmed the payment immediately, but I still stood there forever trying to figure out what was going on. I showed them the notification on my phone, but apparently, that wasn't enough for them.
Instead of figuring out the issue, the rude waitress assumed I hadn’t paid. She even showed me the machine working smoothly with another customer to prove “I didn’t pay.” After I told her I didn’t know how else to prove that I had already paid, she had the nerve to say, "You know? You can take the food now, but YOU DIDN’T PAY.”
