The worst experience ever!
The food was cold and stale. We ordered two BK Bacon burgers, one order of French fries, and one order of onion rings. Everything was cold and old.
The staff didn't speak English well; I could barely understand him, and he seemed annoyed because I couldn’t understand what he was saying.
I had a voucher from the airline that I could use at any place, and I chose BK because I expected the usual BK quality. Not anymore! I didn’t spend the full value of the voucher and was still at the counter when I asked about the change. I wanted to save some of the value for a coffee at the end of the meal. However, the man at the checkout said he had already finalized my order and I couldn’t add the coffee anymore. I was still at the checkout—I just wanted a coffee! I didn’t know I had to use the entire voucher at once, and he hadn’t explained that when I was ordering. When I mentioned this to him, he told me to "talk normal." I was speaking normally, so I asked him why he thought I wasn't. He didn’t answer.
In the end, his colleague, a girl was very kind and gave me the coffee. Thank you very much!

The waiting time is a little bit longer than average. Unfortunately the staff at this location made my visit memorable, and not exactly in a positive way! When I arrived at the store, I didn't see that they had kiosks to order, so I went up to the till to order my food. After a few minutes of waiting, an employee came up to me and told me quite sternly that I had to order at the kiosk if I am paying by card. I didn't immediately understand her because there was quiet a lot of background noise. So she said it again and then she rolled her eyes at me! Read moreIf only I could give zero stars I would. We have been waiting for chicken nuggets and one burger for more than 20 minutes. The staff was like in a slow motion movie they apparently had no idea where they were or what they were doing. There was a an obvious chaos and noone seemed to care. There was nothing fast, not even close to fast about this fast food and this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. After 25 minutes of waiting our order was not even close to being finished so we informed staff that we need either refund or the food. They completely ignored us and at the end they tried to give us totally different food. They also took the receipt and did not give it back to us.
