This is the fantastic bag one sells you 2EUR at Heinemann to transport wine bottles in a plane for direct flight. Unfortunately, in a shop where bottles are big part of the offer, no carton nor solid solution to hold them / carry them together.. an unfortunate event happened to me in front of my children and my husband. I was looking for a gift in your Free Shop and then I went to Jamies Restaurant because my family was waiting for me there. An employee of this free shop came after me and without any explanation or apology asked to check my pockets. I have never felt so humiliated. In front of my children and husband and in front of all the guests in the restaurant! So unprofessional and humiliating! And what did she see in my pockets? I only had surgical gloves and cosmetics tissue to show her. To my astonishment when I asked her what made her do this, she replied that she had seen something but was not sure. Really??? Do you check all customers like this? Do customers have the right to put their hands in their pockets? or not? I want to tell you that this is not a way to check for any doubts. I am very offended and humiliated especially that this was happening press eyes of my children and husband. What image have I left now in the minds of my children? How would you feel in such a situation? I have never committed any crime in my life for someone to treat me like this, and especially some employee who had no idea and reason to...

We had carried 4 bottles from Vienna duty free airport..., Vienna Austria to kochi India through transit in JEDDAH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SAUDI ARABIA).According to the rules we carried 4bottles for 2 passports and we consulted liquor specialist in Vienna airport. He told if alcohol gets seized in JEDDAH international airport,u can reclaim the money by consulting customer care. Our alcohol bottles got seized in Jeddah customs and please kindly solve the issues. Looking forward to hearing from you Kindly reply to the mail

They DONT GIVE A bag to carry the stuff you jsut ourchased even though this us standard procedure, unbelievable... after visiting more than 45 countries and 100 cities... the WORST company by far. Slow also, they didn't smile or provide bag or anything... but they sure DIDN'T serve me until I said where Im coming from (which is none of your business, fill your stats with surveys and reqards like all the other...
