Beware--the man behind the counter stole my wallet. I had coffee here, and accidentally left my wallet behind on the counter or the table. I realized after I left, and came back looking for it. The man told me he hadn't seen any wallets and made a racist comment about some Arabic customers implying they may have stolen it. I left to retrace my steps again just in case I left it somewhere else, but came back to this cafe knowing there was nowhere else I could have left it. The man started digging through the trash "helping" me look for my wallet. I mentioned that we should look at the cameras. Suddenly, he goes in the back and brings out an empty trash bag with my wallet inside and says "oh, is this it?" He told me that he throws everything on the tables away (who would see a wallet and throw it away??) and even tried to blame me for throwing my own wallet away. When I looked inside, money that had not been folded before was now folded inside, and I was missing some coins. He noticed me looking and said the money fell out (it did not, when have you heard of money falling out of a closed wallet?)
Long story short, the man who works here is a thief and tried to steal from me, and only changed his tune when I mentioned checking the security cameras. To the owner: this happened on July 17th 2024 between 10:30am and 11:30am--check your cameras and...
Read moreWorst service EVER! I go at the bar to place my order and the bartender (???) was counting the bottles in the side fridge and totally ignorred me. Stayed there for a while and then left. He did not bother to even look at me even thou I was about 10 feet away from him. I go next door, get a tea from Henry (super nice folks) and return to the SkyWine amd sit down. The "bartender" was now apparently finished with his bottles amd asks me what I want. Told him that he ignored me amd got something from next door. He tells me I cannot stay here without ordering something. I am now drinking sparkling water because I need to charge my phone. Anyhow, I am so turned off by his lack of.... anything good. Total...
Read moreToday I visited Sky Wine Louge in the airport. Before I was properly greeted, the employee asked me for a tip. I looked at him appalled because why are you asking for a tip before you provide service. The employee asked how I was paying and I stated with a credit card. He became irritated. When it was time for me to pay, he added a 20% gratituty. I questioned him about he said because he provided a service to me. The service was him retrieving a prepared crossaint out the cabinet and putting it on a napkin. After the interaction, he did this with another customer. I’m so disgusted with the behavior of this employee. The entitlement! I included a picture of...
