Mozart Apartments — Hotel in Vienna

Those ... cancelled my booking as well (see other reviews). I booked apartments via booking com 1.5 months in advance and paid it in full. However, two weeks before the check-in date they sent me a message suggesting to move to another (cheaper and worse) apartments because of "double booking". After I refused to do so they cancelled my booking. Given few other reviews reporting the same issue (with the same excuse - "double booking") it is safe to suggest those greedy ... advertise their apartments on many platforms, sell them to few potential customers and then cancel some bookings (and do this regularly). Disgusting...

So the facilities are good, room is nice has it all, they give you all the details when booking online. The room we got was overlooking the street, and although the street was not busy with traffic, there was i think a small cafe or restaurant that had bench and tables outside. There where some young people there who giggled, laughed, and talked quite loudly till 2 am. Good luck sleeping there. On the good side the...

Location ar 3 km from centre or MariaHilfestrasse ( main shopping area ) . Wifi and internet sometimes doesnt work. Only 12 german TV stations working ( no musical , movies or kids tv - you must pay extra ) . 2* Rooms (in my opinion ) easly cleaned only at begging , we stay here for 3 days and owner was hard to find those days for different problems that we find . Owner doesnt speak English...
