Juan is, without doubt, one of the kindest and most accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. From the very first message, he showed genuine warmth and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, even when we contacted him on a Sunday with almost no notice. Incredibly, he managed to have the apartment ready for us within just a few hours—something few hosts would even attempt, let alone do with such cheerfulness and care.

Throughout our entire stay (and even during our return), Juan never hesitated for a second to help with every little detail. He responded instantly to every message, organized late check-ins and luggage storage on demand, and found creative solutions for every logistical challenge we threw his way. He made early morning arrivals and delayed departures a breeze, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The apartment itself is a dream—beautiful, harmonious, and peaceful. It’s perfectly clean and well-equipped, with every modern comfort thoughtfully provided. But one particular highlight deserves special mention: the shower. Truly, it is the best shower we've ever experienced! It's powerful, gets beautifully hot, and offers six different settings to suit any mood. After long travel days and early mornings, it became an absolute sanctuary for us.

Beyond the practicalities, Juan was endlessly thoughtful. He sent us a personalized welcome guide packed with local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, and hidden gems around La Paz. We followed his suggestions and, without exception, each place was fantastic—his advice is spot-on and made us feel like locals from the moment we arrived.

When we encountered unexpected problems—my girlfriend fell ill, I fell ill and our travel plans changed at the last minute—Juan was there to help. He researched local clinics, sent us maps and advice, and even checked in afterward to see how we were doing. For laundry, he provided clear instructions and free service. Whenever we needed fresh towels or help with trash, Juan or his team sorted it out in minutes, always with a smile.

Juan’s personal touch extends even further. He coordinated with family and trusted contacts to arrange safe taxis at odd hours and went out of his way to make sure we felt secure, even when trusted drivers weren't available. His warmth and generosity set a new standard—he made us feel truly at home, no matter what life threw at us.

We have stayed in many apartments during our travels, but Juan’s apartment stands out for its comfort, convenience, and above all, the outstanding care and hospitality provided. This is truly the place to be! I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and hotels, and compared especially to the former, this apartment is outstanding. It’s spacious, spotless, has the best shower and mattress I’ve enjoyed in a long time, and is perfectly located in La Paz. Communication with Nicolás was excellent throughout.

What really makes the difference are the thoughtful details — like the bottle of water on the table and the detergent with clear instructions for laundry. A great example of how a business should be run.
