Fantastic food made from local ingredients. I honestly struggled to choose as pretty much everything on the menu sounded fantastic. If you’re in a similar situation, order the taco set, which allows you to choose 3 different fillings. I had beef heart skewers (anticuchos), beef & chorizo, and mushrooms - all finger-licking good. I just wished the food was warmer when it came to my table. Their soft drinks selection is very cool too, and the cocoa waffle made for a fun dessert to share. If I could rate this with just zero star I would do it in a heartbeat! We had to wait for an hour and a half to get our food even though we kept asking the staff to send the food as soon as it was ready. Estábamos de paso por el lugar y decidimos entrar a probar su almuerzo del día. De entrante tenían crema de chairo y tucumana de papas a la huancaina, pedimos la tucumana pero era solamente una empanada pequeña con relleno de papa, un pequeño pedazo de huevo y salsa de maní, venía con una cama de lechugas y tomate pero no tenía queso. De plato fuerte elegimos lasagna de queso humacha que si tenía buen sabor pero nada memorable. El postre salvo todo el almuerzo porque tenia muy buen sabor y presentación. La relación precio calidad no me parece buena, el almuerzo cuesta 50 bs pero no me parece algo que vaya acorde al precio. Aparte pedimos sodas artesanales que estaban bien de sabor y venían en un vaso grande por 15bs cada una. Te dan pan pita con Llajua al llegar pero el pancito tampoco estaba rico.
