If religious artwork is your thing, then this museum will be your heaven. Otherwise, it's not worth the 20Bs. You follow a designated route through the museum to view all of the open galleries. Unfortunately, none of the other temporary galleries were open when I was there, and I was in and out in less than an hour. For those interested, descriptions are only in Spanish. Maybe if there is a temporary exhibition that piques your interest (or you're an aforementioned devotee of religious iconography), it may be worth the price of admission. Otherwise, I wouldn't...

The Museum currently holds an exhibition of female artists that I fully recommend. There is also a photo exhibition on Japan, which I personally found a little less exciting. Generally, I recommend a visit. One downside is, though, that there are no English texts at all, which makes the exhibitions a little less accessible for international tourists. I feel that at least the introductory texts could...
