Cozzy Suítes Hotel — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

My experience couldn’t be better: accomodations are excellent, staff is incredible, location is very central and convenient. Stayed 5 nights for work so I am able to fully speak to the quality.

Room is super comfortable: bed, shower, kitchen, couch, dining area. Very easy to prepare meals, safe and easy local supermarket nearby that takes foreign credit card.

Hotel is super clean, up-to-date, with great amenities such as delicious breakfast, beautiful rootop pool and gym, easy laundry, small shop, and plenty of coffee.

This is all testimony to the world-class staff. The hotel - both room and other areas - is literally spotless and attitudes are extremely positive at all times. Reception, housekeeping, and kitchen staff all deserve to be commended and get bonuses for this hard work. This also speaks to good management. As someone who has worked in hotel reception, I know how hard hospitality work is.

Overall, Cozzy is excellent value and I will definitely try to get a reservation again on my next trip to São Paulo, a fasincating and complicated city for which you really need a “cozy” home, and this place incredibly lives up...

A really excellent Hotel. My only regret was that we only had 1 night here. We had an event to attend at Sao Paulo Zoo so Cozzy Suites was a good choice , being only 30 minutes away. The whole set up is ultra modern , well equipped & super clean. Professional , helpful staff who ( handily for us ) had good English Language skills. The rooms , on 12 floors are accessed with a pin code. Spotless inside with ' fridge , microwave , coffee maker , settee , table . Lovely , comfortable beds & excellent bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was excellent , too. A small shop offers drinks , snacks & other useful essentials for sale. As we had a late flight home on the following day we were able to negotiate moving all our gear into 1 room & using it after our engagement at the zoo to shower & pack. Only 1 point regarding the rooms : there is a flat screen T. V. suspended from the ceiling at the end of the bed & you need to remember this or you may walk into it. If you are taking a flight after leaving Cozzy Suites be aware that the journey can take ( in our case ) 1 & three quarter hours. Would be my 1st choice hotel in Sao...

Fizemos a reserva meio que na surpresa, buscando uma boa opção próxima ao metrô Ana Rosa — e acertamos em cheio! O hotel realmente fica a cerca de 600 metros da estação, em uma região muito segura e tranquila para caminhar, mesmo à noite.

O que mais nos surpreendeu foi o nível de limpeza e estrutura do quarto. Extremamente limpo, bem equipado e confortável, com telefone, TV, geladeira, micro-ondas, fogão, utensílios de cozinha para até 4 pessoas, além de uma máquina de café Nespresso com 3 cápsulas cortesia.

O café da manhã é delicioso e variado, com muitas opções: tapioca feita na hora, omelete, bolos, pães (pelo menos 5 tipos), frutas (três tipos ou mais), além de sucos e outras bebidas.

A área da academia, mesmo sendo pequena, é completa e atende muito bem. E a piscina é bonita, limpa e com um ambiente super agradável, ótimo para relaxar.

Outro ponto super prático: fora do horário do café ou das refeições, há um pequeno mercadinho no próprio hotel, onde você pode comprar bebidas, snacks, petiscos e até comidas de preparo instantâneo — tudo muito acessível e você paga direto no caixa automático do mercadinho. E por lá também tem uma máquina da Starbucks com cafés diversos, todos a R$ 10, o que é ótimo para quem gosta de um cafezinho de qualidade a qualquer hora.

Foi realmente uma surpresa muito positiva! Inclusive, já comentamos entre nós que vamos indicar para amigos e familiares que venham a São Paulo, especialmente em viagens rápidas ou de final de semana. Excelente custo-benefício...
