Cabana Burger (Oscar Freire) — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Bad service. Went there with a group of friends and reserved a table. We were 11 people and they accepted and told us 45m of wait.1h45m after we just went away without having dinner after seeing so many people coming and sitting. Bottom line, they told us yes we will reserved table for you but were waiting for 11 seats to vacancy at the same damn time to sit us! If there was a table for 4 free they would sit the next group of 4! My point is: it was disrespectful to make us wait without anything to eat for 1h45, since the beginning they should have said that they can't let tables free until they had 11 seats! Every time we asked they would answer: 20 more minutes maybe, I don't know. I had to pretend to go to the bathroom after all that time to see for myself that they didn't have even one table free for us. So service is awful. food? Can't tell you. Stayed at the door for almost two hours standing and didn't...

Been there three times and disliked it. Don't get me wrong, the food is ok, but the service is not. Starting on the food: hamburger is good, not very expensive, but one can easily find better options in São Paulo. House fries are quite good, simple yet good, crunchy and well seasoned with paprika. Perhaps, the best part of the meal. Cheddar cheese fries and truffle fries are, on the other hand, soggy. Oh, the mayo is also tasty! Waiters are very polite as well. Now, to the downside of the meal. Lines are huge! Well, it is São Paulo, there are lines everywhere, and Cabana is trendy right now. But here, it is not organized. People arrive after you and sit first. Group? Forget about it, go somewhere else. You'll sit, eat, enjoy your friends and leave before getting a table in Cabana. If you pass by and the place is empty, no lines, go for it! Otherwise, go...

Eu levo todo mundo no Cabana Burger, porque é um dos primeiros hambúrgueres daqueles bons e de qualidade que experimentei na vida, e a experiência lá sempre é muito legal. Dessa vez não foi diferente!

Escolhemos a unidade da Oscar Freire, que geralmente é lotada no almoço, mas fomos mais perto das 15h, e já não tinha quase ninguém no restaurante (ele estava pra fechar). O atendimento foi super rápido e os lanches chegaram na mesma velocidade.

Os pedidos:

🍔 MUSHROOM BURGER (R$32) - Não vá esperando um burgão tradicional, com gosto e textura de carne. A proposta é totalmente diferente, e foi o que mais me chamou a atenção. O cogumelo recheado com cheddar, empanado e frito é super a estrela do hambúrguer! Crocante por fora e cheio de textura por dentro (por causa do cogumelo). Dá pra identificar o sabor do cogumelo e do cheddar separadamente e, por incrível que pareça, eles se complementam muito bem. Se você quer uma proposta diferente, e gosta de cogumelos, vai amar esse burgão!

🍔 CABANA BURGER (R$23) - Esse é o hambúrguer mais simples do cardápio, mas é o tradicional que funciona MUITO. O hambúrguer é saboroso e combina super bem com o molho. O que me chamou a atenção foi a cor do pão, um pouco mais amarelada, diferente de todos que já vi. Lembra até um pãozinho de milho. Adorei! (@jucostareis)

🍔 BACON BLAST (R$27) - Com certeza eles não economizam em nada no itens! Hambúrguer extremamente recheado, com muito queijo e bacon. A carne muito macia e saborosa. Foi tão fácil de comer que acho que comi até rápido demais. Tudo funcionou de forma harmônica, sem enjoar. 10/10! (@carolpsj)

🍟 CHEESE FRIES (R$15,50) - Tem como a combinação queijo + batata frita dar errado? Não, né? Ainda mais com o temperinho de páprica que tem nas batatas do Cabana, que deixam elas ainda mais saborosas e com uma leve picância.

🍟 TRUFFLE FRIES (R$19) - Se você ama trufas, essa é a escolha perfeita de batata. O queijo parmesão ralado com o azeite de trufas brancas por cima é tudo! Entrega sabor na batata de um jeito diferente do que a gente está acostumado.

Ambas as batatas vieram quentinhas, crocantes e super rápido. Duas porções deram perfeitamente para quatro pessoas!

E aí, o que você escolheria do menu do Cabana Burger? Confesso que já tô querendo voltar pra um Truffle Burger e uma Bacon...
