Hotel was really rude. There are some big problems about service. I never stay here again. First of all when our check in time we sit on waiting area and the weather was really rainy. We wanted to take out some dry clothes from our suitcase. They came immediately from reseption and grabed our suitcase without asking ( by the way the case of suitcase was opened). They tried to put it on suitcase room. This is my suitcase you cant grab without asking. Wifi was not working at the room. Low connection.minibar was not working well. Finally when our check out day we went to reception for leaving keys. After the payment someone came with towels that we used. There were some little foundation stains. They said rudely ' what is this?' and throw them at ground. I was shocked. I tried to explain that this is not permanent. That was normal because this is used towel. They said pay the towel cost. Omg. I stayed all around the world at the hotel from 2 stars to 5 stars. But never heard something like that.They literaly ask for account. Bad quality hotel....

Very good hotel in the heart of Varna. Receptionists are really nice and helpful, there was no problem to see the rooms before we chose one to stay in. We tried deluxe room (#34) which was really great and spacious, with a nice view. Then we also tried standard double room (#32), there was enough space for two and the same nice view. The hotel is located in the historic building therefore all the rooms are different. Beds are comfortable, rooms are daily cleaned. There were no problems with air conditioning and water, internet was stable. When checking in you get bonus ticket for casino which is located on the underground floor. The hotel provides variety of breakfasts for only 10 levas. The only issues for me were the smell of air fragrance and lack of electric sockets near the bed, though there were enough in the room.

Hint: If you need PCR/ antigen test, there’s point near the pier on the beach, like 10 minutes walking, as for 04.11.2021 the price is 10 levas for antigen test which was ready...

Efbet Hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of Varna. The Efbet Casino is in the same building, so convenient if you're interested in gambling. On check-in, the front desk gave us a free "Pay 10 Lev, get 20 Lev free" coupon for use in the casino. The check-in staff were fine, spoke good English, and were very helpful.

The single room I had was small, but space enough for one person. The décor is kind of old, but still functional, although I felt the room was a bit dark. The bathrooms seems to have been modernised and are quite good, with modern fittings.

The only problem we had was with car parking near the hotel. The hotel is located on a pedestrianised area, so you can't drive to the entrance itself. You have to find a parking space in streets further away and then carry your bags some distance to the hotel. We found a parking lot about three minutes walk away which cost 12 Lev for...
