Inthanou Boutique Kampot — Hotel in Kampot

I was believing on some good reviews so I decided to book there but unfortunately those good things can’t happened to me. If you decide to stay here please note that not to book on the app they will let you deal with the app by yourself while they the one who make terms and conditions that no refund so the app will no right to refund your money if the owner of the hotel not agree. Very bad experience there. Everything not prepare I booked on the app and already paid by the credit card when arrive there they ask to pay one more time by cash which means I need to pay two times? The owner ask customer to deal directly with the app while they put the terms and conditions no refund. The most scary thing is they yell at the customer. I negotiated a very fair deal for staying in the top floor - which I prefer anyways. Great view and quiet. The room very big and very clean, good bed, good ac, ok shower (warm not hot, but good pressure). But most of all I really liked the owner family - and it saddens me to read the other unfair comments here. P.s. The meaning of the hotel name...
