NyNa Villa Guesthouse (ផ្ទះសំណាក់នីណា​វីឡា) — Hotel in Kampot

Everything was absolutely amazing !!! Thank you so much for having me ! This Hotel/Guesthouse is run by a lovely family. It makes the place very comfortable and welcoming but beyond the family atmosphere, there is a real investment in the quality of the service and the hotel itself ! If you are looking for a place to stay in Kampot, that’s the first one I would recommend ! The room was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, the bathroom was big, Modern and clean with a proper shower area (doors), away from the toilets ! Toiletries were offered in the bathroom, Tea, Coffee and a kettle was offered too. Good sized TV, not too big as it is close the bed ( thanks for preserving my eyes 😇). As I was sick, I have spent a lot of time in bed and I started feeling much better when I left Kampot because of the quality of this establishment , I felt like a princess in a castle 😇 I love that it is close to the fair and the concert place, even though I was sick as Hell, I motivated myself to go there ! The view is great when there is something happening there and the ambiance is amazing ! The location is a plus ! Right next to the Durian Roundabout, you can either walk or rent a motorbike (at reception) to go to the restaurants, massage parlours, bars, etc… I would suggest to rent a motorbike anyway as you might want to go explore Bokor National Park ! Cons: My room had a lot of ants crawling around when I moved in. However the staff did deal with this and it did improve towards the end of my stay. The shower was broken, but still usable Out front is a dirt road, which is horrible especially in rainy season - you can't walk through the front gate without getting your feet covered in mud. Cleaning stuff were unprofessional, touching my stuff...

Booked the room on Agoda arrived in the afternoon after taking a tuk tuk to the property to be told that the price of the room had doubled and we can either pay the full money or leave not even willing to negotiate on the price if you list a price as a mistake and someone books it you should honor the contract so much stress and hassle when I'm supposed to be on holiday there's much better places around that are cheaper and also managed better stay...
