Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom, cute room decor, gorgeous rooftop view, nice pool, food is good.

Cons: Breakfast is a busy time, but no one seems to care about the guest seat management. One time I came for breakfast and short in time and only couple tables with 4 seaters left. I gestured to the Manager to see if they could find me a smaller table. But Manager and staff walked around as if I was invisible so I sat solo in one of the available 4 seaters. Took food, seated, started eating while answering emails then the waiter approached me and asked me to move to a smaller table because there was a group of 5 just showed up. I flat out refused because it's rude to move guests mid breakfast, especially that they ignored me in the beginning when looking for a table. Then they approached a young couple in the middle of their meals who also sat in a 4 seater and asked them to move. They weren't happy about it but they complied. Later on during check out day, they tried to charge me an extra breakfast because "they saw me eating with a woman who isn't a guest". 1.) I traveled solo and never invited anyone to breakfast. 2.) I had breakfast everyday there and never once the waiters cared to seat me, let alone asked my room number. They fact they thought I dined with someone else who wasn't a guest was hilarious. After I insisted, they canceled the breakfast fee. Overall...

Really wanted to like it since I had heard good things but unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. The staff and service are great so no faults there. For me it came down to the room. I was on the 5th floor. The room was very clean and fresh when I arrived but some small things got to me. The toilet seat was very misaligned. For a building that was still pretty new, sone of the caulking had shown quite a bit of wear. The towel holder had a hole in the wall which could have been easily patched and fixed. After a shower a number of ants appeared. The next morning I found even more ants around the desk area which was very annoying. There wasn't that much at breakfast, I suggest walking down the street to The Shop 240 or Enzo which have a lot more selection. The TV was great though, they had Netflix and all the latest movies and TV shows, even Wonder Woman and the Mandalorian. Internet speeds is probably one of the fastest I've seen at over 100/300Mbps so top marks for the TV and internet speeds. The bed and pillows were good. Ceiling fan made a noticeable and annoying hum all night but you can turn that off if it irritates you. The location of the hotel is very good, a few minutes from Independance Monument where a lot of people go running at 6am in the morning or even runs. Street 240 also has a number...

I had an amazing 5-day stay here over Thanksgiving weekend and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, culture, and charm!

The hotel's calming look and ambiance, as seen in photos on its website and travel sites, immediately won me over and convinced me to book. However, experiencing it in person was even more amazing—the enchanting facade, the refreshing scent as you step into the lobby, and the overall thoughtful design of both the interiors and exteriors.

What made the stay extra special was the mindful use of local products. From the coffee, tea, sugar, and toiletries in the room to the breakfast menu, everything felt deeply connected to the local culture and community.

The rooftop was a definite highlight! The pool area, with its serene backdrop of trees from the Royal Palace block, was incredibly calming. And the views? Stunning! I loved the blend of temples and low-rise structures contrasting beautifully with the skyline of the Koh Pich area.

The hotel’s location was another win—situated on a peaceful block yet conveniently close to a posh stretch of boutique shops and cozy cafes. It felt like a hidden gem, perfect for relaxation but still close...

Stayed in June Addiction for the last 2 nights of my stay in Phnom Penh. Great location, within walking distance to Riverside, Royal Palace, local Khmer restaurants and some street side stalls. Guests get free voucher to enjoy free sunset river cruise (why do they not promote this, the experience was incredible!!!) Room was comfortable, lots of mosquitoes so get a spray and won't be a problem. Modern amenities, staffs are friendly. The only thing is Penh House (St 240) is a separate property from Jungle Addiction (St 244), so double check before booking. Guests have the option to eat breakfast at both properties - choice of set breakfast at Jungle Addiction or buffet breakfast at Penh House. I had a late evening flight, the sweet receptionist extended late check out complimentary (in a different spare room) which was a big plus! Airport taxi costs USD15 one-way. You can book via hotel or airport counter, same price. Overall, would recommend to couples or families looking for a place away from the bustling city sounds, yet near to all the main attractions.
