I like this place very much. I went here with my husband and my mother for holiday.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained. They even separate the shower and the toilet.
The location was strategic. You only need to pay a tuktuk driver for around 3-4 dollars to go to most places.
The service was excellent. The staffs were very informative, helpful, and full of initiatives.
We found great choices of souvenirs made by the Cambodian disabled community, which were sold at the hotel. My Mom got books made of recycled papers. I got a wallet made of recycled tires. I love it very much.
What I love the most is the rooftop. They have an infinity pool on the rooftop! To go there, you need to take a stair from the restaurant just below it. From the left side of the stairs, you could see people swimming in the pool through the transparent glass, as you walk up. When you swim in the pool, you could enjoy the rooftop view, which was excellent! Even when you only sit at the restaurant one level below the pool, the view is already enjoyable.
The only reasons why I couldn't give it 5 stars are because:
I was originally staying at Okay Boutique hotel after last minute changing my mind from the Aquarius Hotel. How gutted I was. Okay Boutique never told me before booking that their rooftop pool was closed and that we had to use a sister companies pool which was as big as my bath. (Tiny). Anyway after reading about the Aquarius hotel I walked to the hotel and paid $12 to use their facilities all day. I had some lunch there which was ok however I didn’t come for the food. The pool is insane. Nobody was there for most of the day so had it all to myself. The views are impeccable. The staff are really attentive. This place is professionally run. The place is spotless. It smells nice. The showers are clean and the pool is pristine. I am so happy I came here. I am gutted I didn’t follow my first choice hotel and book this one however I know I won’t be making that mistake again. I would advise anyone booking this hotel to stay here. It’s cheap enough but offers great service and facilities. Proper establishment. It kind of reminded me of the Novotel Canary Wharf with the ambience. Thank you for having me. Now the long flight...

Rooftop infinity pool is the best place to spend a quiet evening watching the sun set and the view of the city. Got upgraded to a more expensive room with balcony, but changed back to the standard double room due to cigarette smells. All room are with a clear No Smoking sign but if you are sensitive to cigarettes smell, avoid rooms with balcony coz the smell will sip into the room if one smokes at the balcony (because there are ashtray at the balcony, like they are encouraging guest to smoke there. The floor levering in the shower area in Room 402 is also not done properly it to floor. The only setback about Room 505 without balcony is that the view is blocked by another nearby buildings. But it is more spacious than the room with balcony. Breakfast area is windy as it is open air, thus no food smell on your body. The buffet line is small but with enough varieties of food. I like the a la cart food which you can order, they change the menu everyday...
