Hillocks Hotel & Spa opened Nov 2016, so it is new:

Free transfers to/from airport. Free breakfast: Order off the menu... Western and Cambodian.

It is VERY, VERY GREEN, with lots of glass and tile. The service is great!

Bathtubs and bathrooms are very nice. Unique, deep tub. 2 sinks. Large, nice shower. Separate toilet room with toilet paper and Bum Gun.

Bathrobes and slippers. Towels are great! Daily treats with turndown service: We have had water, fruits and cookies.

We had King Bed. The TV itself and channels are good. Small refrigerator, with closet area and safe. The rooms are large, but not much space to store clothes. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Many power outlets throughout the room. They are ALL the universal outlets. Best outlet situation I have seen in 98 countries! The internet is really great!

The pool is all tile, with spa/whirlpool water jets and seating built into the pool. VERY unusual! LOTS of sun and loungers at the pool, with rooftop bar seating next to the pool.

They have only a tiny gym with aerobics machines, smaller free weights, and exercise balls.

The have a very nice spa, with 30% off services for guests. My massage was Khmer, about halfway between Chinese and Thai massage. Some stay packages (like ours) include 60" free massage. The masseuses are trained.

Most buildings are fourplex, built into the ground. It has a bar area, restaurant, and pool bar. The restaurant and rooms are air conditioned. The lobby, bars, and everything else are basically outdoors in the greenery.

It is on the outskirts of town, about 20 minutes walk to Siem reap centre... About 10" and $2 or $3 USD tuktuk ride. Nice mountain bikes available for rent. It is in a relatively rural area, but with restaurants, other hotels, restaurants, shops and spas nearby, on the way to city centre. Tuktuks are always available. We arranged $20 tuktuk temple tour...

✅ Nice lobby and lounge area. Check in and out we’re very efficient and fast. All the team is very friendly and professional. Special thanks for Miss Sammy and Samphors who were super nice, welcoming and helpful in any circonstances 🙏🏻🙏🏻|✅ barista from the breakfast area make crazy good coffee (special thank to Miss Sreylai who deserves to be congratulated for it, for her smile every morning and his kindness too)|✅room is very nice (perfect size, very clean, nice bathroom with powerful rain shower, fan and air con very effective) |✅Breakfast is good and various but more fit, according to me, for Asian customers. Easy to manage it for me but may be much less for western child. |❌ fit room is really crazy BAD ( like abandoned) with very few equipments. Only 3 machines and one is already out of order 🙃|It miss also some spray (usually very cheap to buy) to clean each machine after using it. Usually users like to do it by themselves to be more respectful for followings users|I didn’t give 5 /5 global notation because this red flag. I need to go gym every day for hours and it’s important for me to enjoy a good clean and effective fit room.||🟰 Very nice hotel with a very great staff but I will be back only if some efforts are made for modernizing the...

Got picked up at Siem Reap airport in a 1969 Mercedes limousine! What a stunner! Stayed for three nights and loved every bit of it - the hotel staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful... especially Rey is a true gem! And so are the girls at the hotel restaurant. Took a one-day tour to Angkor Wat (organized by the hotel) - the driver was very knowledgeable indeed so we did neither book nor need an extra tour guide. That is, unless you live and die by temples which we don’t. Due to an early morning start at 4:45am we got a - supposedly nice - breakfast package that we ended up giving away to a little boy begging for food at Angkor Wat main temple. God bless his little heart he may have enjoyed the food even more than we could ever have. Speaking of which, the hotel runs its own greenery and hydroponic system in the back yard so a lot of what they grow and harvest will eventually land on your plate! The avid traveler I am, I’ve never seen anything alike! Keep up the good work! If you’re interested ask the front office manager Tith about it, and he’ll be happy to show you around. Forget anything? Rooms are great - stayed in a suite close to the pool with a nice layout and details. Highly recommend - we’d...

Worst hotel in siem reap! Room 112, no hot water and bad wifi signal during stay, i came here last aug for 2 nights and they had water pumping problem, during the night time NO WATER, i told them about this and i thought they would fix it! I gave them another chance, i came back to stay in this hotel again, they still have water problem also! NO HOT WATER and bad signal! I told them about the issue when check out, the female manager has no solution, and was blaming the customer why not tell them at the moment, and ask to wait for long for the hot water, and she said the weakness of wifi signal because of the weather! How could i inform the front desk during my half way of shower for not having hot water, how could this manager blaming the bad wifi to the weather! You are the opening this hotel at first day, and its raining season now, so u are saying your hotel will have bad wifi during these season? By the way, me and my family book 2 rooms, one room number is 106 in the middle of hotel, other one is room 112 in the end of the hotel, there was nothing wrong in room 106, obviously they have such issue because the room is in the very end of the hotel..... Anyways, bad service, bad attitude manager!
