"I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to die"

At first I was having a very good experience with the hotel, the location, the facilities, and the staff are all good. Until it was my time to leave at the hotel, I was supposed to go to Vietnam in the morning so I already packed my sandals and all in my suitcase. I was forced to used the slippers they have on the hotel room. The slippers were so slippery and in addition to that the stairs are unclean which made me fell and hurt my back. I was taken to a hospital. But the thing is they did not even try to send a personnel with me on the hospital. They just let me go there alone. I had to speak for myself and explain myself to a doctor that barely understand english. After that I was yold to rest for a day. I told this to the hotel after I came back. But the thing is they did not even want to compensate me for letting me stay there until I was fully rested. They tried to kick me out as soon as possible so I was forced to transfer to another hotel with a back pain. It was a shame, I love how accommodating the personnel/concierge are but maybe the problems are with the manager/owner of the property. So NO, I would not recommend this or just don't use any of...

Great hotel! I've stayed there several times over the past four or five years it's definitely my go-to hotel. Best value for money in Siem Reap!

It's in the perfect location... a peaceful neighborhood just a half block from the river and one more block to all the action in central siem reap (the night market, the day market and one more block to Pub Street!). Just far enough away that you hear none of the noise but close enough to make it an easy walk anytime you want.

Large clean rooms, 2 swimming pools (including a rooftop pool with a fantastic view of Siem Reap).

Very helpful staff particularly the manager Mr. Sey who has helped my partner I with several arrangements over the years (including a full day tuk tuk/remorque driver for Angkor Wat trips).

Has a nice hotel restaurant (which I haven't eaten at yet) and several great restaurants, cafes & bakeries within 100 meters! (which seem to be preferred by locals which is quite nice because you don't feel that you're surrounded...

From walking into reception to saying goodbye (reluctantly) the staff at Homewood complement the wonderful facility, location and a deep sense of belonging here. Breakfast menu is varied and the most friendly staff (Nara & Kanya) attend to your every need with smiles, thoughtful comments and add to a great start to any day.|The roof top pool is warm, easily accessible and provides 360 views of the city....even the rain clouds so you can plan your day!|Nobody is pushing day trips, tuk tuks or unwanted distractions, but ask for help or advice and you will receive typical Cambodian service - the best.|I have been with friends and we have fun. Pub street a stroll away but so good to be surrounded by quiet after another big day out. It really is nice to feel your spirit change gear going from and coming back to Homewood. You will make own choice, everywhere has something to offer but after 6 other hotels, all very good quality, its Homewood for me and ........

Decent hotel in a nice location, the rooms are decent in size and spacious. The check in was smooth but in general their is no air con in the check in area and it super hot in dry season. They have a restaurant but did not see many people there so I did not try, there a small pool as well. I came here during new year and there was loud music till late night around the location. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel at a walking distance. the service could have been a bit better, there was no house keeping provided in my stay for two days, not sure if I had request for it.

Wow! What a gem! This hotel is the perfect choice for your stay in Siem Reap! The staff here are so friendly and their attention to detail is impeccable. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and they've made us feel welcomed and like family! Especially Mr Nara and the breakfast team, who greets us every morning with a smile! The rooms are clean and spacious and the WiFi is great. The location is also perfect as you're a short walk to all the busy areas but it's super quiet and peaceful in this area! Thank you again, Homewood Hotel for a wonderful stay in Siem Reap!
