This place was super off. The idea of the restaurant is good but the execution is not great. On the outside it looks fancy but you will see cobwebs on some of the decorations around the restaurant. It’s huge and there are many waiters available but most of them are like clumped around the registrar and just whispering or chatting with one another. I mean it’s totally normal to do that why it looked like a scene at a school where everyone is just hanging out which I think doesn’t really match with the design of the place (assuming they are trying to make it look fancy). The servers clearly look unhappy and are not in the mood at all to do their job. It’s alright not to speak English but they don’t even try or seem prepared when they could be in a situation where they have to speak English (food industry - touristy spot- I mean..it would make sense if they at least were prepared for situations like that). Again - the people looked miserable. The food too had potential - but it’s not there at all. It’s vegetarian but they use so much egg and milk. No option for soy or other milks. I mean when you’re vegetarian you can also try to avoid it a little more. It’s not really vegan friendly. NOT FOR VEGANS. Or anyone who doesn’t want to waste their money. The tea with coconut milk was nice but I was worried it had cows milk in it but there is no way to know because it’s not in the menu and the staff can’t speak English. Another is the fried rice!!! Omg it didn’t say it had egg. On the menu there was no mention of egg. I think allergen warnings are important at places that brand themselves vegetarian. The soup though was good. The one that comes with the fried rice. I could say that was tasty. The fried tofu—-too breaded. You’re basically eating the fried batter instead of the tofu. It isn’t really that good. I’m not sure how they have 4.4 stars. I was definitely fooled by them. They also just place the food on your table without like any care. I’m not asking for too much but kind of like be a tad bit happy? I dunno what was up with Vitking House but the service was just terrible? Maybe they are having internal issues. Whatever it is. Just want people to know - if they haven’t improved their service or food please don’t go. There are plenty of other...

The interior was decorated with a lantern like Komloi, famous for the Komloi Festival in Thailand, and it was very atmospheric. The decor is solid, but the food is not that expensive. I think Cospa is a good restaurant.
・ Noodle with cumin leave basil Because the noodle thick carrot was steamed, it was cooked properly. Mushrooms that look like meat or toppings are toppings. It comes with Vietnamese basil, Cambodian basil and lime, sprouts and bean sauce. ・ Watermelon seeds shake Shake using watermelon seeds. Order because it is rare. The taste is similar to soybean flour (kinako). It was a gentle taste.
Watermelon seeds...
Read moreFraudulent, don’t go. The food reminds me of McDonalds though it costs double. The food and portions are very different in the pictures. The burgers are advertised to have fries included but come without any. The salad is 3x bigger on the picture than in reality. However the noodle soups are the worst. They literally are instant with some vegetables thrown on top, the noodles even still have the round puk shape they usually come in when bought at the kiosk. And the burgers are just overpriced and from a microwave, I have had better burgers from a 7Eleven. The drinks are watery and pure aroma with sugar. It seems like they aren’t cooking just heating up frozen, dried or instant food. Furthermore their menu is simply a laughable mess, they can’t even spell one menu item correctly, though this made the experience better, until I saw the bill.
This place is a disgrace to Khmer food culture. So many better places in the parallel streets.
However they are the worst when it comes to payment, unable to pay with big bills they with change in with a laughable rate and give you both dollar and riel forcing you to overpay by 10%. They don’t take card and don’t except some dollars straight from the ATM.
The service however is nice and competent. Management seems to be the real issue. A borderline...
