We had a good stay at the hotel. Airport pickup from the hotel is on time. The tuk tuk driver will offer if you want to take tour package with him which we end up use his tuk tuk service for usd15 for temples visit (8am to 5pm). Add usd5 if u want start at 5.30am to see sunrise. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They allow early checkin depending on room availability. Hotel has a lift so no need to worry about climbing the stairs. Room was decent. Very small balcony. Aircond was cool enough. Bed was conformable. Tv has many channels. Had tv breakdown on day 2, just informed the staff and then they fixed it real quick. Has bathtub on bathroom but water flow is slow (clogged maybe). They need to fix shower curtain because the floor all wet everytime after u take shower. Breakfast ala cart from the menu, buffet spread on fruits, cereals, juices, coffee n tea. Hotel location is good. Few minutes walk to pub street, night market, day market & etc. Not noisy at night. About 5 min walk to Halal restaurants & mosque

First time to Siem Reap and our First Time staying at La Da Kiri Boutique Hotel and I have to say “I loved every minute of our stay here”. Hotel has great facilities and is good for both families, couples & Solo travellers. It’s only a 6 minute walk from Pub Street and the night markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will help you organize day trips to the temples. Definitely recommend staying here.

Egal was man bestellen wollte, irgendeine Zutat fehlte immer!||||13. ||||2.

The location of this hotel is really good! You can walked out and you are along a very nice street meant for tourist. Lots of restaurants, bars, massage places, cafes and tour operators. The hotel itself looks quite nice. The room are big and spacious. Not much of a view though, but u guess Siem Reap doesn't have much of a view anyways. The staffs are friendly. They greet you everytime you walked in and out and ask how is your day or where are you going and will suggest some recommendations. I think that's a nice personal touch.

The cons I had with the hotel is

  1. the breakfast is mediocre, it has a set menu which you can only choose 1 dish. There isn't a buffet kind. They had free-flow of tea and coffee and assortments of fruits and that's it.
  2. Even though the check-in was at 2pm, when we came they said they have not finish cleaning since the previous guest had a late check out. We didn't really mind so went to have lunch and look around. We came back at 2:30pm and we were still told to wait for another hour or so. Finally they said they change our room to another that was already ready. We were still fine. But on the last day, we asked if we could have a late check-out at 1pm instead of the usual 12 since our flight is 3pm. They said they can't allow us late check-out, we had a really late check-in but can't have a late check-out. Oh wells. I understand it could be a one-off thing so just saying.

The price for the hotel is good and the location is awesome so I wouldn't...

My team booked this hotel for our company trip and the booking includes a one-way airport transfer to hotel. Shortly after booking I received an email from the manager, Vichea, asking for details of our arrival. I provided the details and enquired whether the mode of transport - tuk tuk - is safe for my 3-year old. Vichea did not respond nor arrange any airport transport despite me emailing twice more over the span of two weeks. I sent a message via Facebook as well. As I emailed him through Expedia, I could see that he has read the message.

When we got to the hotel, I asked to see him but he didn’t bother showing up even though I was there for three days. I managed to talk to him over the phone and he told me he didn’t see my email (first lie) and that three people check and respond to the hotel emails...this morning the reception told he me is the only one who has access to emails and FB messenger (another lie).

Vichea did this knowing I have a toddler with me. He did his best to avoid me and made zero attempts to rectify the situation. A simple apology would have sufficed. He is a disgrace to Cambodian hospitality which otherwise has been top-notch everywhere we went.

The hotel itself is ok. But before you book, think about the possibility of not having any issues attended to in the event there is one - and mine wasn’t even an issue to begin with which made it all the more perplexing. All I asked was a simple, valid question. There are plenty of better...
