Nomad is a great new spot in Siem Reap, the space & decor works really well - giving a feel of sophistication but feeling homey at the same time. Whether you’re a solo diner, on a date or dinning with family there’s a perfect set up for everyone. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. Before I went I’d had my eye on their Bacon Pad Kee Mao & it did not disappoint! I was served a generous portion of perfectly cooked spaghetti, every mouthful was full of flavour - salty, spicy and hint of sweet from the corn & onions. In the mood to ‘treat myself’ I wanted to try the bacon & jalapeño pizza too, it was another great flavour combo. I can tell the mozzarella was good quality, along with all of the ingredients used. The dough was seasoned really nicely and had the perfect crunch on the crust. I also tasted some of the homemade pesto spaghetti - which was also very good! It’s fair to say my carb fix was well and truly fulfilled with a 10/10.

I wasn’t intending to drink alcohol, however the cocktails sounded too inviting not to try. In the end I opted for the Basilco, it was extremely refreshing and complimented the salty & spiciness of my food perfectly.

This place is all about love, from the warm hospitality to the incredible food. Every bite feels like it was made with care, and the flavors are nothing short of exceptional. Noo’s Beef Rollington is a masterpiece, beautifully presented and perfectly executed. The flaky pastry, tender beef, and rich sauce come together in a dish that is both comforting and refined.

The service is just as impressive as the food. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They even offered me mosquito spray, a thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about their attention to detail.

Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere is lively and inviting. Some tables have fun games to keep you entertained, and the drink specials are not to be missed. Whether you are looking for a tasty bite or the perfect place to unwind, this spot delivers on all fronts.
