5th Avenue Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Dawson City

The room we had was for 3 people with a private bathroom. It was impossible to shower in this shower and have family members in your room at the same time. The shower was so small, you could not shampoo your hair and wash. You could not adjust the spray of the water, or step out of the spray to lather your hair...it rinsed it off you as soon as you managed to put it on your hair......it was frustrating, yet funny...I finally stepped into the room, out of the shower to properly wash my hair.... The other issue is the area where the guests can go....It seats 5 people, and no table ...so no cards, or games...

LOVELY PLACE! The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy enough for us. There are lots of windows and places to sit and relax. The common rooms are warm and inviting and the shared bathroom was also very clean and stocked with basic amenities. The owners Tracey and Steve were GREAT! They are very sweet and personable, along with their lovely daughter who came along with us for the ride to and from the airport. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I'm only giving a 4 instead of a 5 because there is always room for improvement. If I could give a 4.5 I would. We cannot wait to...

My wife and I had the good fortune to stay at this Bed and Breakfast on two separate occasions in early September as we enjoyed another Dempster Highway adventure.||||Both rooms that we stayed in were very clean and comfortable, the beds were superb and the home made breakfasts were all one could ask for.||||But the best part was the hospitality. Tracy made us feel like family and meeting her daughter Madison was a real treat.||||So if you are travelling the Alaskan Highway and are looking for great accommodations for a night or more, you will enjoy...
