I had a great overall experience at this capsule hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the stay exceeded my expectations. While getting into the capsule is a little awkward, it quickly became a cozy and relaxing space. I appreciated the minimalist design, especially the starry night ceiling, which added a unique and calming vibe. It didn't feel claustrophobic, which was a pleasant surprise. A couple of suggestions: clear instructions on how to connect to the TV audio would be helpful. I wasn’t sure how to set it up, so I didn’t end up using it. The one downside for me was the bathrooms. While they seem to be cleaned regularly, there was a noticeable damp, musty smell. In some of the shower rooms, water tends to pool, which doesn't feel hygienic. I’d recommend adding a squeegee broom in each shower so guests can sweep water toward the drain until a more permanent fix is in place. I also had an issue with my locker, but the staff responded quickly and provided a good alternative, which I appreciated. Overall, a solid and unique experience—I'd stay again!

This capsule hotel felt super futuristic! The pods are cozy and come with electrical outlets and a big TV. There’s even a switch to turn on star lights on the ceiling, which makes the space feel really magical and relaxing. I felt so comfortable sleeping in my pod. There are plenty of restrooms and shower rooms, which is a big plus. The area might feel a little sketchy at first, but it’s super close to lots of fun attractions—especially great if you’re on a foodie adventure! Just a heads-up: there’s no overnight parking, but a garage is only a 5-minute walk away.

Very affordable! $30 to $50 a night is a price that cannot be beat!

Capsules: The capsules are clean and come with a nice tv and cool star lights. Capsules were relatively comfortable though they were a little warm at times. Hopefully they figure out a way to cool the capsules down a bit.

Area Area is very walkable and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Theres also a really great Indian restaurant across the street that had amazing food.

Common Area You get two lockers to store your belongings, which was helpful. There are also vending machines with anything you need. The bathrooms however were filthy and disgusting. They had a damp and musty smell. There was gross filth on the floors. I honestly felt uncomfortable every-time i had to use them. The cleaning staff seemed to avoid cleaning the bathrooms and only focused on cleaning the capsules.

This place has great potential and is a great affordable idea. However they need to dedicate more time to throughly cleaning the bathrooms multiple...

I made a mistake with my booking date and called customer service the first time. A lady answered, she promised me a refund and said she would contact the owner. However, I never heard back from her. The next day I called again, this time it was a man who told me that a refund was not possible, and if I wanted to change the date I would have to pay an extra 50$.So I had no choice but to go to the hotel on the booked day. At first, the environment seemed okay, and the capsule itself was comfortable, but the toilet was very far away. On top of that, someone nearby was snoring loudly and I couldn’t change capsules. I thought I could just put up with it for one night.

But the next morning, there was construction work going on inside the hotel. Yes, inside the hotel. It was extremely noisy and woke me up early.

This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely terrible, not...
