Bartending 101: One of the BEST experiences ever. Gaspar is an incredibly passionate and thoughtful teacher. He is a real passionate and expert of the cocktail world, and learning through him for the month has been incredible. The training was very thorough, with demanding exams and exercises, but you will learn all the spirits, and 19 classic cocktails aswell as twists and advanced mixology.

I had such a wonderful time. The whole 4 week course passed so quickly and was so much fun. We were 12 students and got along fast, Maxime was amazing, he has the knowledge, the humour and the experience, exactly what you need from a mentor. The whole course was very comprehensive and gives a great theoretical overview with a very practical approach. Don’t recommend, teachers would be late, skim through a lot of stuff, finish class early (1h early),would change the location of the class without notifying the students, would always be missing stuff , would mid class to go buy missing ingredients, didn’t tell us we had acces to online documents to study, overall unorganized , about half of the class failed...
