Avoid the Pool at all COSTS!!! We stayed here for my husband’s birthday. It was easy check-in. Staff were very accommodating as we got there early. 1st floor lobby bathroom fans were extremely dirty. Like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Room was clean. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel. There’s a pool and hot tub. However, I would STRONGLY CAUTION you NOT to go in the pool. It’s very dirty and they don’t clean it. I took 2 steps down the stairs and felt very grimy/slippery under my feet. I slipped and fell….literally getting swept off my feet. Grabbed the railing but it didn’t help. The slip n fall resulted in me breaking my wrist, pain shooting up my arm and the need to go to the ER. The hotel never offered to call an ambulance. They never asked if I was ok or could do anything. We told them how dirty the pool is and they said nope, they change out the water daily. 8hrs later at the ER, X-rays, being admitted and put under to get my bones pulled back into place and casted. Possible surgery needed now. We filed an incident report. Manager never talked to us. They never offered to comp our room due to the injury that happened due to their negligence. They did NOTHING to make it right! DO NOT GO IN THE POOL.

Great hidden gem in Niagara Falls. We had a king size room with A/C, microwave, good size mini-fridge, swimming pool access, iHop restaurant attached and the best service of any small hotel we have stayed at so far and all for under $300 for a four night stay! We had an issue with our A/C in the room during a heat wave and management had their in house repair man in our room checking it out in under five minutes, WOW!! He deemed our a/c unit as defective and management moved us into another room right next door. A little inconvenient and there was no offer of rebate or other offer for our troubles that you would have had at a larger hotel but we were content just to be able to sleep better that night. Great location with walking distance to mall, restaurants and all kinds of shops. The drive is under ten to fifteen minutes to the falls and attractions. We will absolutely consider this place again for our next visit. To the staff of this Comfort Inn, I thank you for your smiles, conversations and truly making us feel at home here.

My son and I visited Niagara Falls on 08/16/2024, we got a room on Friday 8/16/24 in the afternoon in Comfort Inn, 7514 Lundys Lane, we left early Sunday 8/18/24. We got room 3107 in my son's name. When we left my son had bug bites on both his arms, a leg, fingers and I had on one arm. He used the bed closer to the window, I got the first bed as you enter the room. I have no idea what caused those bites, but people tell me that they might have been bed bugs. They look like mosquito bites, swollen, red and very itchy. Please check it out, it would be really embarassing for somebody else to go through that. Fumigate that room. It is a beautiful hotel and we were in the 3rd floor.

-Vending machine was not working (Staff Said it was broke) NO out of service on it, staff just didn't wanna come assist, no Comfort Cart! -Front Desk sleeping and snoring at desk. -Multiple times a day "be back in 15 Minutes" sign on Front desk -Audit was cranky in am I had to speak first then was told by her she doesn't say good morning because no-one seems to wanna say it back! Front Desk should be speaking friendly to EVERY GUEST !! -No Breakfast for guests (restaurant onsite) was told ALL Comfort Inns stopped doing breakfast years ago NOT TRUE!! -TV had 5 Channels and was not hooked up to wifi for streaming options, no instructions on how to connect to wifi. FD associate with short Black Hair helped and was the ONLY GOOD thing about our stay. -Charged a Guest service fee on top of room and tax, HST & Town and County Tax. was told the Guest service fee was for the services such as Pool (Did not use) Housekeeping (Did Not have any done) so basically I paid for them to sleep on the job, not speak to me and when they did they lied about vending machine being Broken (seen others using it) Lied about the Comfort Brand they are there to represent!! I paid to speak to the cranky Front Desk associate who complained to me about the rudeness of other guests. -I called Monday for GM - Not Available -I called Tuesday for over 6 hrs total of 4 calls wanting to speak to the GM about my concerns. was told GM was in a Zoom meeting. Again Lied to no Zoom meeting is 6hrs! I voiced I did not want to have to leave a review or contact corporate. advised the times I would try and call her again, still in meeting. My last call I asked for head office contact Number was told they did not know it! easy enough to find. I have contacted Corporate with my concerns. I am also leaving this review as I advised I would for being ignored by GM I will never stay here again and would NEVER recommend anyone else to either! Poor excuse for Management Staff needs retaining Comfort Brand needs to reconsider having this Hotel in their Brand!! it`s an economy...

We are frequent travelers and have stayed at many of your choice hotels. Disappointed at the parking lot to start. We pulled in and struggled to find a parking spot due to a large truck and trailer with a boat on it. It took up 10 spots that were closer to the hotel entrances. They look like they have been there for some time. We went to the IHOP attached as the hotel does not have the breakfast inclusion . The bathroom in the hall of the hotel was without supplies, and the front desk staff told me to go to the restaurant to tell them as it was not part of the hotel . Even though it was in the hotel. The fan light were combined in the bathroom in our room . The noise was so loud you could not have a bath or stay in there long without the loud noise driving you out .staff advised no other room to change and thst you would have to talk to management . No coffee supplies were provided and when we went to get some . Very limited or not avaliable. Staff were non exsistant sometimes when we were attempting to ask for some assistance or towels for the pool. Several long hairs ,both of us have short Hair on the bathroom floor very obvious to us when we walked into the bathroom. This hotel was not as friendly or helpful as many of the other ones we have stayed at. My disappointment made my stay not as enjoyable as others. Usually staff and facilities are top notch and my only complaint is that we have to leave. The IHOP was very expensive for a restaurant thst served your hotel . Won't be my first choice sadly. It was not what I expected from choice hotels and I really enjoy your hotels and breakfasts offered . We made the best of the situation and when we try and talk to management the are not available . Not a lot of big things but all together not up to par for your hotels . It was our grandsons birthday weekend and the room fan made us regret...

Went here with a senior group of about 46 people. There were other tour groups there too of seniors. The staff took our luggage to the rooms, which was very nice. The hotel's lobby is beautiful, the pool was great. Lots of parking. But this needs updating and quality control. I had an iron, no ironing board. I asked at the desk. She said she'd check around. After 4 days I still didn't have an ironing board. They couldn't go to a vacant room and take one out for me, who needed to use it? Clock radio was inoperable. Glad they had a wake up call that worked! The sheets where unbelievably thread bare and stained !!! The blanket looked very old and not washed recently. Stain on the carpet. Hotel doesn't do exchange of money US/CA. Vending machines were not replenished and ran out of items. And it only takes credit cards. NOT all of them! All my lamp shades had cracks and were yellowed- meaning they were very old or there were smokers in there in the past over the years. Drapes didn't pull together so there were gaps. Shower/tub didn't drain properly. Brochures in the front had expiration dates on the coupons from 2019!. The other group got to eat at the IHOP in the hotel. We did not. One day we actually left the group and paid to eat off the menu at the IHOP!|The hotel gave us a "continental breakfast" in one of the meeting rooms!|We were jammed in. I guess the three staff people did their best considering. The toasters didn't do much but warm the items. They used REAL eggs which was nice. Frozen pancakes when we had them that didn't really thaw out in the toaster they had. Their toast wasn't toasty. All on a buffet style. I blame the tour company, Diamond for cheaping us out. We should have had the IHOP. And, again, the staff did a nice job collecting our luggage and getting...
