Visiting Canada for my birthday with my husband. We have been to many eateries during our three day mini vacation. This restaurant has been by far the absolute best. First off, 5 course dinner for two for $99 CAD is like WOW! We expected to get there and it be a typical atmosphere, but it was in fact romantic, with a warm ambiance. Modern dinner by candle light almost. For the first course, my husband and I decided on beef vegetable soup. It was so delicious and hardy, not to mention the meet was absolutely tender. Then came the salad. I chose the Marketplace salad that consisted of greens, pomegranate, green apple and a citrus vinaigrette. WOW never had so many delicious flavors together like this. The third course were stuffed mushrooms with goat cheese and this blew me away because I am not even a fan of goat cheese and it just melts in your mouth. For my entree I chose the chicken supreme in a garlic sauce with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. By this time I was getting full and I managed to get down most of the meal because I could not help myself with how perfectly delicious it was. We could not manage another bite so our strawberry cheesecake was taken to go. The bread is served very warm with a whipped butter that is the consistency of whipped cream. Our server was amazing and helpful and made us feel as though we were her only patrons! Definitely will be back. Best place ever!!!! $147CAD $108US

My wife and I decided to occasion here for my 60th birthday and as it happens our anniversary as well. Excellent service and hospitality by our server Heather. She was very attentive to our dining needs and we also had fun and good times with her. Our dinner came out promptly and well presented. Chef Sean is a wizard in the kitchen. The deconstructed caesar salad was a surprise and a treat. Really thinking out of the box. My steak and Cuban lobster was done to perfection and my wife's jumbo Black Tiger shrimp and Cuban lobster was deliciously scrumptious! Our compliments to Chef Sean! We will be back! Wildfire Steakhouse is a hidden gem in fine dining! Due to Covid-19 protocols, advanced reservations is a must. Don't be a fool. Wear your masks. Thanks all Rey & Jackie Just to say, we had dinner here again the following night and this time Sarah was our server and again, we had a very excellent time as before. Sarah was as entertaining and attentive as Heather was the evening before. This time I had the seafood linguine which was really delicious and of course had to order a side of Cuban lobster on top while my wife kept it simple this time with steak and potatoes. Both still really excellent entrees. Again, our compliments to Chef Sean for being a wizard behind the scenes and his culinary excellence and Sarah and Heather for being the excellent hosts that they are. Rey & Jackie

I frequently come up to Niagara Falls On, CA and due to having a culinary background, I can be a bit...picky. I decided I wanted to give my Mother a great weekend so brought her with me to give her a great culinary experience and this place did NOT disappoint. When arriving, i was a bit discouraged because it was in a hotel, but BOY WAS I WRONG! This place is BEAUTIFUL. Astetically clean, modern and elegant. My server, Sarah, went above and beyond. 1st, the bread and whipped butter were perfection. Soft on the inside, warm with a thin crust. We both decided on the French onion soup which was hearty and so cheesy. The shrimp for the shrimp cocktail were HUGE, fresh and the cocktail sauce had just enough spice. Our salads were perfectly dressed and not "swimming" in dressing with crisp, fresh greens. I got a steak which was cooked a touch over what I typically like but flavor was spot on with great sides. My mother's salmon was cooked perfectly and was fantastic. My son ate everything on his plate which he too can be picky. Then, the cheesecake. All I can say is WOW. I've already decided I will be coming back to this establishment and HIGHLY recommend if your looking for an upscale, quality dining experience. You know I loved it if I grabbed the business card to make sure I return :)

My fiancé and I were celebrating her birthday here last night we’re from out of town and we’re looking for a nice higher end steakhouse/seafood restaurant to enjoy. Upon arrival you’ll be seated in a motel parking lot on a make shift patio beside an outdoor swimming pool and honestly we were ready to over look that it’s covid and there’s no indoor dining I get it and after having some amazing Rockefeller oysters and French onion soup as our starters which tasted amazing we ordered a bottle of wine and were ready try everything and enjoy our time there! However things went down hill very quickly the mains were nothing short of a major disappointment our steaks were extremely poor quality the lobster tails were over cooked and overall the presentation and quality of the of each of our plates was definitely no where near the money we paid and the worst part is it’s all luke warm if you’re going to serve me old food at least heat it up in a microwave and not make it so obvious. To top all of this off our server was almost non existent I don’t know if it’s because of our age or something but we were very disappointed when we didn’t see our server for 30-40 minutes at a time and then when they finally come out they’re cleaning tables that have been empty for several minutes instead of interacting with her only table left which was us anyways unless you’re looking to spend 100$ per person and have the worst service and food of your life steer clear of this train wreck of an establishment!

EDIT : yes we spoke to our server about our time and we were very polite about it mind you and she replied “oh that’s to bad” and then left for about 30 mins when the place was completely dead! Wish we could have spoke...

We have been to your establishment many of times and have had some minor issues that truly didn't cause us to ever think that we would not go back but last night was the worst experience that we have ever had, we were a party of 4 everything started of great server was excellent, we started to receive our orders and the salad we received of our 5 course meal was absolutely terrible we all sent it back and were offered a different choice of salad and the only other one was a ceaser but some of us don't like ceaser so that was out the window next came our shared appetizer which we ordered the stuffed mushrooms had them before and were delicious but these ones had no flavor to them at all just tasted blah next the main course ordered the chicken Supreme chicken was great but the vegetables and mashed potatoes were cold it was like the plates sat there and once the chicken was cooked it was placed on the plate then served then we see either the owner or the manager giving our waitress heck because another table sent his beer back because it didn't taste right he stood there drinking out of that glass and telling the waitress to go tell him that there was nothing wrong with the beer now we were sitting right in front of the bar and seen all of this now comes time to pay the bill 2and a half hours later I had 2 drinks my wife had a glass of wine and my brother had 2 ceasers and his bill for the drinks with tip was 57 dollars mine was 20 dollars tried to get it explained why his was more but nothing made sense so we paid it and left the meal was covered under group on so for this especially for what that manager or owner did right in front of us we will not be back truly...
