The decoration is a cozy and family-friendly ambiance, capturing the classic Canadian vibe. If you are in Niagara Falls, you must try this place! 😉 (It was recommended by a local women at first and we loved it!) I ordered their signature Broasted chicken wings with honey garlic, which came with five huge pieces of chicken wings. Honestly, I only had two and I was completely full. 😅 Their broasted chicken wings were the most delicious I have ever tasted. They remained crispy even with the sauce, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Also, the dish came with two side dishes. The portion size was very generous, especially its price of only $17.99 in the tourist area. There was no doubt that it's worth the price! 😋👍 My husband had the fish fry. The size of the fish was immense! It was served with two huge pieces. The fish isn't dry and smooth. They also have a senior price! My dad got the Sr. Broasted Chicken and my mom got the Grilled Salmon. However, I don't think I'll order the grilled salmon again. The portion is quite small compared to other dishes, and the taste is a bit light. If I go there again, I will definitely order the Broasted chicken wings again!

I'm reviewing the Falls Manor restaurant, not the hotel. This place is a hidden gem outside the touristm zone in Niagara, and a staple stop for nearly every road trip to Niagara falls or Buffalo. Every visit is like a trip back in time to a place frozen in time. It is always a joy to see various chicken-themed paraphernalia on the walls in different rooms of the restaurant. The servers working here are always friendly and quick with their suggestions. Even before the pandemic it is always great to step into the diner where you can greet your favourite servers and be welcomed like you truly belong there. The broasted (roasted, then broiled to perfection) chicken wings are my absolute favourite here. The wings come in whole (drums to tips, not in three separate pieces), so consider this when ordering for the table. Honey garlic and medium sauces are my usual choices, with hot sauce on the side. In my latest trip I ordered the beef liver, which was amazing! The beef liver was tender and savoury, paired well with the onion slices. For perfect pairing, get the coleslaw and broasted potatoes for sides.

You have to try this place when you're in Niagara falls. Food, service, and overall experience is great! All at a very reasonable price. The broasted chicken is a must-try. No breading, no extenders. If you miss Shakey's Mojo potatoes, the Broasted potato is the closest equivalent. This place should be your first option for breakfast. It's a few minutes drive outside the main entertainment district, but it's definitely worth it. Parking is ample and free. This is a popular local spot, so expect it to be crowded during peak days and hours. All other items aren't spectacular, but it's surely on the "good quality" side of the scale. There's something for everybody to choose from. Their prices, friendly staff, and family-run charm is the reason I always come back.

Edit 2024 Had trouble with reservation, fault in the system or something, didn't mind too much didn't pay extra. Ended up getting room 13, 2 double bed and kitchen.

Found a bedbug in room 13 Immediately got out of the room. Did not stay the night but the wonderful man at the front desk was very kind and gave me a full refund after showing the pic of the bedbug on the mattress, even offered another room after finding the original reservation, but was not comfortable and booked somewhere else.

This place is a great place to go if you need it but people can't control everything and this is a prime example. Even if they try their very best, things will slip through the cracks.

I will be going here again but next time I will ask before I go when was the last time they got spreyed for bedbugs.

Stay safe, always check the beds anywhere you go.

Didn't see any recent reviews about the motel so I'll make one. Stayed Easter weekend in #3, 2 queen beds were soft, clean and nice, strong water pressure and good hot water supply. We stayed 2 days, when we left to have our day we came back to a tidied room, replaced our used towels with fresh ones and nothing of ours out of place. Very quiet nights other then the heater keeping us nice and toasty when it snowed that Saturday night, it can be nosiy but we weren't bothered by it. Room was simply with tv (which we didn't use only because we like YouTube more.) Mini fridge, desk with chairs and coat rack near bathroom, which was perfect for us and lots of parking. Restaurant was very good and anyone staying in the motel gets 10% off meals in restaurant ( but not with takeout ) was a great addition to our stay. Next time we come to Niagara falls we will stay here if we can get...

We stayed at the Falls Manor Motel for our four night vacation the week of July 13th 2025. Our first impression was the parking areas in front of the rooms were dirty and smelled strongly of beer. Going into the room, it smelled of moldy and musty. The carpet was filthy dirty and had what appeared to be semen on the carpet by the bed. The first morning we were there the toilet wouldn't flush properly so we had to use the restrooms in the restaurant on the Motel property. The front office doesn't open until 11am so we couldn't report it until that time. The lady that worked the front desk (Bianca) was very nice and allowed us to change rooms. Unfortunately the second room was just as bad as the first, but the toilet did flush. By the time we changed rooms and resettled, half of our first day was gone. Our white socks that we wore in our room each day were stained brown from the carpeting and it didn't come out when laundered. The bathroom in our room appeared to be clean and we didn't see any bugs so that was a positive. The pool was "closed for repairs" and appeared to not have been opened since before the winter season. My Husband and I both use CPap machines at night when we sleep. When we returned home both of our CPap machines smelled musty just like our Motel room. We had to change our filters and clean our tubing to get rid of the smell. Over all it was just a place to shower and sleep. We would definitely not ever stay there again. We would chose to spend the extra money and stay...

Oddly enough, despite being from the Falls, I hadn't been here until a few weeks ago. It's a small broasted chicken joint along Lundy's Lane, mostly locals here, because they know the chicken is fantastic. It did not leave anything to be desired, it lived up to all the hype and expectation. You can do a few options with the chicken, I was particularly hungry so I got 3 pieces and 2 sides, (low teens price wise), and tried their broasted potatoes which reminded me of what my mom used to make. Only thing I didn't like was the bread, which although it was warm, where those small dinner buns that always taste a bit thick and stale even though they're fresh, just not a fan of that type of bread is all.

Service was good once someone actually came to my table. I'm always a bit wary of places that ask you to seat yourself. I know it was a busy night since I was surrounded by large tables, but I had my mind made up well before my server came by. Once I did order, the food came pretty quickly.

Finally, I didn't mind the atmosphere, it was a small place that reminds you of being in a chalet somewhere with the wood, I went at night and was on a side without too many windows, so I don't know how the lighting is during the day, but I could see the other side being nice and bright.

I had a great time here and would go back for some more chicken, and to try a different side (there's like 10 of them), but I took off a star from the 5 only because I felt like I waited a bit long and I didn't...
