Magnolia Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I ordered 3 take-out meals yesterday to take home...Beef Pineapple, Kung Pao Shrimp and Lemon Chicken with Pork Won Ton Soup, an egg roll and a spring roll. It was so unappetizing when I opened the containers at home and other than the Lemon Chicken I had a hard time figuring out which was which without a really close inspection. The serving sizes were extremely small...approximately 1 1/2 cups of food...there isn't a shrimp to be found in the Kung Pao but there is chicken and I'm not even sure if it's spicy or not because it was so unappetizing that I couldn't even taste it! The vegetables were limp, overcooked and pale in colour and looked like they were either frozen veggies or left over and reheated from a previous order. There wasn't a piece of pork to be found in the soup. I have eaten in this restaurant on several occasions and always been impressed with both the quality and the quantity of the food and expected the same quality and quantity in the take out food! Didn't happen. I would never recommend the Magnolia for take out but I do recommend it for a sit down meal. I paid $26.95 for something that I had to put straight in the trash because it was inedible! I should mention that I do not live in Niagara Falls otherwise I would have returned the food immediately to...

July 2017 to 2021 I allways liked magnolias since they oppen but today I ordered cantonese chowmieng and I was very disapointed, i didn't liked at all, I am very frustrating experience, I don't know if they change the chief. I hope that they will correct this, I will give to them another try . and if they don't rectified. I wont come back 2020 I give them another try and was worst. 2021 November. I was passing in front of the restaurant and I saw full in cars and I thought my self they are doing good and they may improved, so. I stop and buy Cantonese chowmieng, magnolias fried rice, pepper meat with vegetables and egg rolls, when I get home with the food all of us where very disappointed again with the poor quality and taste of the food, the miserables portions, they put a lot of green pepper and onions instead other ingredients like brocolly, mushrooms, snow peas,colliflower(don't add them any more, but they are in their picture menu) very little chicken and meat, the shrimps are still swimming in the ocean, no brocholy, no mushrooms, no baby corn, no snow peas, no peas, no bambú, no Chinese taste. It was a waste of money, I WILL NEVER COME BACK, . GOOD ENOUGH NO...

I order take-out from your restaurant 3 to 6 times a month on a regular basis. I have been telling my mom how amazing the food was from your restaurant. Tonight (Mother's Day) I called to order dinner for our VERY LARGE family. An order that would have been anywhere from $150 to $200 order. I started my order that is when I was told I was NOT allowed to order from combination no.1 through no.5 which is on the menu. When I questioned why, I was told due to it being Mother's Day I can only order from the rest of the menu. I have never heard of such a thing...in all the time I have been ordering food there. This is a complete rip off. Using the fact of it being Mother's Day to change people more then what it should be. On a day we are to be thankful to our MOTHER'S!!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED AND BELIEVE ME I will be letting all my friends and family know about this. Many already feel this was a disgusting thing for any restaurant to do.
