I will be honest, this was not what I expected. And after getting to our room I thought, oh boy, will I write the worst review ever. However, here are the things that made me change my mind. First with cons: Hotel definitely needs TLC. It's older and things are little "tired". Carpet in bedroom had some stains. Window needs to be replaced, definitely older. Had to check in by 10 pm I think ( was not a problem for us). There is no concierge at night. BUT Pros: It's a smaller hotel, quite location away from the craziness of the Falls and Cliffon Hill. Free parking, very safe. Sheets were clean and crisp. So were the towels. About 4-5 water bottles were waiting for us in the room, which we appreciated. Free breakfast, Delicious. Not as much variety as at larger chain hotels, but they had waffles (5 stars!!, very good), toast and lots of jams, orange juice, tea and coffee, eggs, cereal, yogurt. They also had hotdogs, which I thought was strange, but the chain hotel in Toronto we stayed at had baked beans for breakfast among other things, so who knows. We were in Canada. Bus stop right in front on the hotel. Awesome! Avoided driving into town and parking for $35. Bus comes every 15 mins. Very friendly concierge. Gave us points on where to go, answered some questions. So, to sum up, this was a nice place to rest and spend a couple nights. Budget friendly. Yes, not as perfect, but had everything you might need. I already recommended it to a friend of mine who is going there in October.

This was not our planned stay for our short trip in Niagara!!! We had actually booked a place very near to this one thinking it was ok. Our belief was based on our earlier stay. Anyways back to Fullerton Manor - what a lovely little place they have. The room was lively and bright with a huge door leading out to the back and also your parking. It also has a small area just outside the room you can relax on a good day. The room was clean and ready for us with enough towels and an enticing bed. The bathroom was nice too - basin outside and the toilet and bath area inside. Breakfast currently is a packed one and they give it out the night before. Pretty decent fare - croissant, huge muffin, juice and yogurt. Kids are a little different with muffin, crackers, yogurt and juice. In your room is a coffee maker and all the things needed to make it. Staff were really friendly and helpful- asked for a couple of things and service was prompt. The pool was clean and big enough - we were alone though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return in the future.

Terrible service. The room above is leaked into our room really bad to the point ceiling tiles fell on the ground. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and so sorry. When checking out we asked to about a discount due to all this and the response was no discount we upgraded you. No you did not upgrade us you HAD to move us due to the damage in our room. Manager figured this was nothing not a big deal. There was 7 of us in a room we had the room with 3 beds so now that couldn’t accommodate us all being together and put us in 2 rooms. Manager laughed in my face while trying to talk to him about a discount or something just kept saying we upgraded you and those rooms were more expensive. You did not upgrade us. Was a terrible experience recommend to not stay there

I stayed at the Fullerton manor inn for 5 days. I am leaving today and am so happy to have stayed here. I came to Canada tired and drained from my hectic busy life in NewYork and I am leaving well rested and refreshed because of my stay here. They are near to Niagara Falls and have a lot of eateries within close proximity. This was my first time visiting Canada and this place was the perfect place to stay. The staff provided excellent customer service. They were always so helpful and had a beautiful aura about them. The rooms were so clean and made me feel like I was at home. The beds were so super comfortable that I spent two whole days in them. There was no request that I made that was not attended to with a SMILE. They had free parking and free breakfast. The free breakfast was good and was located right next to the inn inside of a mini seating area that is connected to the inn. They have a tv in there for you to watch while eating your food. It felt cozy and I loved that experience. Everyday that I stayed here I felt special

I was blessed with a token of appreciation at the end of my stay that left me knowing that my business was appreciated. That has never happened to me before and I want the staff to know that they did a wonderful job and to continue to do what they are doing and they will see the fruit of their labor once they don’t give up. My daughter hit the jackpot when she picked this place for me to stay at. I truly love this place from the bottom of my heart because they value their customers and I could see that each and every person strived to ensure that my stay here was as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be back because they left a good impression on me. They are newly renovated and I know that once they get to their desired outcome they will see much fruit. I would highly recommend...

My sister and I were in the area for a bachelorette near by. We went to check in at 6pm and were given the key to our room. We went to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned, sheets everywhere, dirty towels on the floor. We went back to reception and the guy at the front desk told us they have no more rooms available and are fully booked. We booked that room ages ago and checked in well after check in time! We told him we had an event to get to and he left us sitting in the lobby for 20min while we thought he was arranging someone to clean the room. He eventually came to us with another key saying he would give us someone else’s room so we could go get ready and he would have the other one cleaned. I asked him if this room would be clean and he said he thought so. Well, the room wasn’t cleaned. There were take out containers and dirty towels everywhere. We went back to reception and asked for a refund. At this point we were really pissed off and were already late for our dinner. He kept us in the lobby claiming he was trying to process the refund. He tried to give me a receipt with another card number on it claiming it would go through later. We were not leaving without our refund. He kept us in the lobby for an hour when I finally said let’s call Expedia. They called him and processed the refund in five minutes. So in the end we had no room and had to process our own refund. Worst customer service ever. The right thing to do would have been to pay to set up another room at another hotel for us. Instead we missed an hour and a half of the bachelorette and had to drive home that night which was a three hour drive. So of course we couldn’t have any drinks when we finally made it to the event. Terrible service and left us with no...
