Pita Pit — Restaurant in Ontario

I normally have an AMAZING experience at this pita pit, unfortunately today’s was not so good. I ordered a regular chicken pita with RANCH on it. Sadly when I got home and took a bite I was sadden to bite into, what I thought was buffalo chicken. So I decided to return to try and get it correct. Please note I was nothing but respectful and kind since I understand fast food can be stressful and busy, and didn’t want to cause any problems. What upset me was the way I was treated, when they looked at my pita they told me, in a very sassy and rude tone, it wasn’t Buffalo chicken, but the sauce was Chipotle, which I did not order. So they remade my order, when they got the information of what I’d like on the pita, the girl was just very sassy and did not seem to care. Since I was worried when they gave me my new pita, I made sure everything was correct before driving home because I didn’t want to have to come back for a third time. When I asked if everything was correct the girl in the window sighed and said yes, so when I said “perfect thank you so much!” She rolled her eyes and walked away. I felt so stressed and upset and felt bad because I felt like I was annoying these employees that I almost cried in my car. I shouldn’t be made felt this way, for just trying to correct my order...

What an amazing experience, the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in, the staff was Marvelous, Kim the manager, which I didn’t even know she was the manager, wow, I think she should be a role model for all restaurants, train teams to become better and learn how to serve, she defines hospitality and fast food service. Jessica, wow, Jessica was smiling all the time, and made sure every single sandwich was as we ordered, we were 2 adults and 4 kids. You know how kids are, they change their mind every 3 seconds, she managed to get all orders right. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty! I highly recommend this place. I would drive 3H from Montreal to Kingston to just eat here and head back. Very satisfying place. Thank you for an amazing experience. Keep up the good work.

P.S. from the first moment we opened the door, we felt welcomed. Highly highly recommend. You should try this place if you’re headed back and forth...

Just went through the drive thru. Pulled up to the first speaker and placed my order of a club pita, a bag of chips and a pop. The speaker was so low I could barely hear it. Went onto the second speaker to place what I wanted on the pita. Went to the window and was handed the debit machine as I was paying with debit. Then the girl hands me my order. A pita. No chips no pop. When I asked her where the rest of my order was she rudely replied I asked you if that was all! I told her yes that was ALL I wanted on my pita. Again she argued that I had only ordered the pita and was quite upset I questioned her on the rest of my order. If she was taking my order, why did I place the first one at the first speaker??? So I drove next door to Panera to buy my pop and chips. I will NEVER return to that Pita Pit. Very disappointing service and incredibly...
