Family Trip - we had 9 people (4 children / 5 adults). |Very Good: |Quiet area (3-5 minute walk to village) |2 car parking space |Bottom floor until - lots of useable green space for children to play.|Away from Jozo Rd (busy main street)|Unit is clean, spacious, lots of space to sit inside or outside. |Digital key entry - code is active at 4 pm check-in day.|Little tricky - Key fob front door entrance to building (get the fob when arriving off to the side of front door in garbage/recycling room). |NuHeat floors in the bathroom - nice feature. |Helpful Information:|All "double beds" can fit two but is very tight depending on size of people, etc. |Sleeping : 1 room bunk beds | (2 children = 1 per bed has rails on top) 1 adult (small double bed). 2nd room (2 small double beds) comfortable 1 bed per person. Upstairs (1 bed for 2). Upstairs is a larger room with bathroom and more space. |Bonus: Mini fridge in the closet (helpful for drinks). |Be Aware:|Coffee pot - bring filters and coffee grinds (no Kerrug). Needs a new coffee pot asap. Way to small & handle is broken|TV Cable - basic package (no tsn, etc). If you have fire stick - bring it. |Cooking pans need to be updated - scratched, etc.|Kitchen is spacious. Gets the job done. The fans over the stove seems a little low but certainly looks nice. There are plenty of dishes, cups, etc. |Cons: |No board games or books available - perhaps due to Covid??? |BBQ outside is propane and a little worn/dated but gets the job done. It isn't a Weber, I can tell you that! If you are expecting a legit BBQ, it isn't that. Basic BBQ. |The outdoor furniture isn't the most comfortable and old compared to other units. Time to get new stuff. |Washer and Dryer (older models) do the job but takes forever. ||Overall, it was a very spacious unit and in a good location away from the village but close enough to walk easily. Great for families that need some outdoor space. Really it is a balance between expectations of a rental and rustic/cottage lifestyle. Blue Mountain is a higher end vacation spot and customers I am sure expect that same attention to details in the unit. Just little areas that need attention: A broken curtain back sliding door (mentioned in a past review) still broken.|However, what the unit lacked in certain areas, it made up in other. Safe location, clean unit (some webs, dust bunnies, etc) and good value for the area. I...

Read moreWe stayed in unit 119 over Christmas. The unit was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. There was mildew in the showers in both bathrooms. The jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom was so dirty our granddaughter could not have a bath. The jets had mildew on them and the intake was black with mildew. There was a spill on the floor in one of the bedrooms with dust bunnies stuck in it. We found a toothbrush on the floor behind the toilet. Cob webs and a dead ladybug on the ceiling in the dining area. There was an additional charge of $400 on our bill. Not sure what gets done for the fee. When we mentioned this to the owner all she said was that we could have 10% off our next stay. We will not be returning at any price. Blue Mountain is great just not at unit 119 in Mountain Walk 169 Jozo...
