Hotel OHIRO — Hotel in Easter Island

I am writing this review to make people aware of the level of customer service found at this hotel. I was booking several stops in an extended vacation that in southern South America, which was including a stay in Easter Island. I booked a room at Hotel OHIRO and then within a minute after I booked, I realized that I had the days off by a few. I immediately contacted the hotel (I still have the message thread on WhatsApp) and explained the situation that I still wanted the hotel but just to switch the days from the 22nd to the 26th, to the 25th to the 29th. To make a long story short, they said that they don't make changes and that I can rebook and pay again for the new rooms with no refund. I can see if I waited a month and then was asking for a switch, but this was literally immediately after the booking was made. The person at the desk said that they would get back to me, but never did. My messages to them...

Hi The only good thing about this hotel is its location and the dog. The rooms are very dirty, there is no staff around to provide services. The breakfast was minimal because the person in charge of procurement failed to get food. No hangers in the room, bathroom was very dirty and we had all types of insects inside the room including a couple of lizards one of which made it on our bed. Cockroaches all over the island but we found lots of dead ones at the property. Seems like they don't like cleaning! Apparently they do provide pick up and drop off service from and to the airport but this was not communicated to us. We saw the guy holding the sign with our name by chance upon arrival and when we wanted to leave they said that we missed our drop off even though we were never told that there was...
