The first two diving experiences were great, but unfortunately, the third was a letdown. Despite arriving early at 10 am for an 11 am dive and informing the management of my 3 pm appointment, I ended up waiting until 12:30. Then, I was grouped with an inexperienced family of five, causing further delays. After finally getting into the water, I was left waiting while the family was brought back to the center. By the time I surfaced, another inexperienced group of seven had arrived, prolonging my wait until 4 pm. This resulted in missing a pre-booked event and wasting the entire day.

While I plan to return to this diving center for another try, I'll ensure they place me in a more suitable group to avoid wasting time...

TLDR : Au total, je suis satisfaite de l'expérience, déçue de l'attention au client, et je ne le recommande pas aux débutants.

Plus détaillé : J'ai plongé avec Atariki en Mars 2023. La plongée était très sympa, assez proche de la côte. Les coraux sont tres beaux et nombreux.

Je ne recommanderai pas cette agence pour les débutants complets. Une explication super courte sur comment gérer la pression dans les oreilles et vider le masque. Rien sur la gestion de la respiration, la flottabilité, pas d'entraînement en piscine/en eaux peu profondes.

Ils n'ont pas expliqué les différents instruments de pression, les signes sous l'eau ou même comment fonctionne le gilet de sauvetage. Ce n'était pas ma première plongée, donc ça allait, mais le couple avec moi a eu quelques problèmes sous l'eau.

Pour les personnes sans license, il y a un dive master par personne, ce qui est super agréable.

Là commence mon souci. Quand 3 jours après j'ai eu accès à un ordinateur pour voir les photos, je me suis rendue compte que ce n'était pas moi dessus. Comme j'étais de retour à Santiago, je leur ai envoyé un message whatsapp pour demander s'ils pouvaient m'en envoyer qqs unes. Deux semaines plus tard, je suis toujours en "Lu", sans réponse.

Une réponse, même négative, aurait été le minimum...

Increíble experiencia! Todos son súper amables, Mari en la oficina y los instructores Pepe, Javi y Joaco que son muy profesionales, tienen mucha paciencia y siempre buscan que te sientas cómoda, son didácticos para explicar las medidas de seguridad, especialmente cuando hay principiantes, y tratan de personalizar el servicio a cada persona aún cuando están en grupo, además te sacan buenas fotos y videos y te las mandan a tu alojamiento. Los equipos son muy buenos y tienen trajes gruesos. Súper recomendable! :) // Amazing experience!
