Apart Hotel del Volcan — Hotel in Pucón

I honestly can not say enough amazing things about this hotel! They were above and beyond accommodating for us. We took an overnight bus there and back from Santiago and despite a check in time in the afternoon and check out time at 11 am, they allowed us to check in at 9 am, immediately upon arrival and we were allowed to stay in our room until 8 pm the day of check out (for a very minimal fee). They were easy to contact via telephone as well as e-mail. We had a room on the 5th floor with a view facing the volcano. We were able to see it right from our bed! It was very clean and very spacious. There is no restaurant at the hotel but they give you a voucher for a free breakfast at a fantastic little cafe just down the street (2 minutes walking). The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is walking distance from EVERYTHING - the bus station, the supermarket, all the tour agencies and all the restaurants. Wifi was flawless as well. Thank you for such an amazing stay, Del Volcan Hotel! My boyfriend and I will most definitely be staying there again if we ever are...

Great location! we arrived with bus from valaparaiso it's just a couple of blocks from there, they let us check in earlier than we supposed to! Just great! This is a fairly small hotel. The rooms are clean. The rooms could use some new paint and decor. The hotel is quiet. We found the outside noise to be bearable. Our room had a separate bedroom. There is a kitchenette with a good fridge and stove, no oven. Service is fine.||||The charm is being in the center of town. Lot's of stores, wonderful restaurants. There is a grocery store very close by. We like to stay places for several weeks so such amenities...
