Cafe De La P — Restaurant in Pucón

My first time in Pucon.., my wife and I traveled from New York, with a lot of expectations about Pucon, and we decided to stop by for a nice cappuccino and dessert At De la P Caffe. ……! What a disappointing experience..awful Cappuccino was cold…! I called the waitress and requested another one not cold…! She told me can’t do it without charge me again for a second cappuccino. So I said Do I have to pay again for a cappuccino that was cold….? After a while she came over with a new Cappuccino and another waiter and he told me this is an exception and you will be charge next time for the second cappuccino No exception anymore… 😱 So in other words, he told me don’t come back anymore…! 🤔 Very rude…! I think this caffe de la “P” needs people with more class. We will never come back again. Sorry but...

Very rude and unattentive staff. We waited for more than 10 min before anyone came to the table, there were a lot of waiters but they were just standing in small groups a having a chat. Our waitress Veronica, refused to let me have a piece of cake I wanted because the cake was whole and wasn’t cut yet, and she said I could only choose between cakes that were already cut “because they had to be eaten first”. Imagine that! She also forgot what we ordered and only brougt half so we had to call her again and wait for another 10 min before she brougt the rest. When we were paying she looked at the amount and said “where is my tip?” Imagine the odacity! Well Veronica, maybe you’ll get a tip when you change your attitude and learn how to treat customers...

Unfortunately a super bad service. I just wanted to pick up 2 cakes cause I was with my two dogs. They send me away with the answer that they would have a other shop around the corner (so I went and the shop was long time ago close) So I came back and pleased them for my cakes but they said they would not offer this service (even I saw people taking food away) so I said that I will eat here and they said I need to sit outside with my dogs. So I just got my cakes just if I ordered something more+ need to sit outside in the late...
