Stayed here after coming back from Torres del Paine and would highly recommend!
Here are the reasons:
Beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvets.
Shower had consistent hot water with excellent water pressure.
Towels were thick and fluffy + you can choose to warm them up too.
Common area was spacious with all the required cooking utensils (made it feel like I was in an AirBnb).
Staff were friendly and spoke English. They also booked our airport taxi for us.
Location is very convenient! Across the street is grocery store. The main bus terminal is 2 min walk away.

Any request I had was received with a smile and fulfilled above and beyond my requests. The rooms are spacious and have small kitchens. I cannot recommend this place higher! Read moreAbsolutely worth the price, the rooms are big, the WiFi is fast, and the showers are exquisite. But what really makes this place worth it is the service. Both Brian and Pablo working the front desk made us feel so welcome, answered all of our questions, and gave us really good suggestions. I mentioned i had dietary restrictions / am vegan in my booking comments and they went above and beyond to get me something to eat for breakfast.
