We only stayed here for one night on our way to Peurto Natales but during our short stay we were greeted with warm and made to feel very welcome by the wonderful Gabriela. Gabriela went above and beyond from the moment we stepped through the door. We arrived at 10:30am, check in wasnt until 12 but Gabriela got the room ready for us early so we didnt have to wait. She sat with us and talked us through a map, marking off all Punta Arenas has to offer, she recommend supermarkets, restaurants, landmarks, tour operators etc. She even called round a couple of tour companies to see if they could fit us in that day for a tour to see the penguins. There was also coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, yoghurt, cereal, cheese, ham, chorizo and more. |The hostel itself is really nice. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed is so comfy. The location is great.|I'd really recommend this place to anyone visiting Punta Arenas, but honestly its worth it just to meet Gabriela, a...

I can only recommend...
