Stayed here with G adventures for 1 night. Initially I thought "what kind of a place is this" looking at it from the outside as the building looks old and sad. Inside was surprisingly nice then. The little lobby areas are cute with couches to sit on. It feels homely and is much nicer than I had thought from the outside. It's nothing fancy now or anything but it's fine. I'm fairly picky and I had no issue with it. Our room was fine, it felt like a rural b&b at home in Ireland.. A bit older and kind of homely. The room was fairly clean and an ok size. Location is a short walk down to the centre but again nothing major- it's fairly handy. Overall, it was a fine little hotel. Internet worked very well. Staff were nice. Read moreWe stayed at Oro Fueguino in Feb. 2017 for one night. When I saw that we would be staying in a hostel, I was unsure of what would be awaiting us. Hostal Oro Fueguino is an old private home so there was a public living room for get togethers. The kitchen/dining area was beautiful and the breakfast was as good as any we had in Chile. Oro Fueguino is located about 10 minutes (easy walking) from the main area of the city just below a lookout area.
