Everything started with the welcome. Unless you speak french (at least that’s how it felt), you will not be welcomed at all! From the very beginning they made us feel like intruders and not welcome at all.|They have a common place which everyone is able to use, but you don’t want to use it because the hosts use it all the time as they are home 24/7 and watch everything you do. Apparently everyone can use the kitchen, but trust me, you don’t want to cook right next to somebody smoking. When you enter the house you have sort of “surveillance” on you and as it seemed to me, they don’t even hide it. They watch you all the time and it is very, very annoying.|One of the worst things for me was that they smoke cigarettes in the common areas, the smell stays there and when you open the door of your room the smell goes in immediately.|There is a music playing pretty much everyday from morning until the evening. They usually start around 8am and finish around 12am (midnight). And this is not a music in a background playing, it is loud as hell and if you have some trips planned for the next day, eg. a lot of trips start very early in the morning, like 4:30 am, so there is no chance to have a rest because you hear everything! Including the bloody guitar on the ceiling in front of the main entrance, so every time somebody opens the door, the pick slams the guitar and you have “lovely” sound of a guitar. And yes, the worst thing is, there are two rooms right next to the main entrance, so you hear everything. Even tho they state in the contract there is a night time from 23:00 - 7:00, they love to play pool until at least midnight, with music playing loud.|We had an issue very first day because when we checked in, the floor in the room was dirty, and I don’t mean sand and dust from the outside because you are in a dessert and this can happen, I mean hair from somebody before us, old packaging from some pills etc. Second thing was a dirty toilet as there were still “pieces” of somebody on the toilet seat.|When confronting them about our unhappiness and a request to clean it, they got very offensive and aggressive and told us things like “you are not paying much for this so what so you expect” and “this is your fault, you should’ve locked the toilet”. I talked to the husband or boyfriend of Bridgette and there was a strong smell of alcohol on his breath when talking about these issues. When showed the toilet, he started cleaning the poop with his own fingers!!!|One bright thing is they actually cleaned the toilet later on but never cleaned the dirty floor of our room.|Make a picture about it yourself but for me it was the worst experience of accommodation ever and I will NEVER EVER come back...

The worst experience with Hostel in my life. I completely don’t understand the good reviews!! Thanks to such a good reviews and price we booked 8 days in private room with private bathroom. Huge mistake! We arrived around 9 at night tired, they show us where is what, okay, not nice room ugly furniture but acceptable. My first stopa at toilet was completely shocking, you need to go outside through whole outside area full of people, ok, but everything was completely dirty, noone clean the toilet for days. Poop on seat yellow bowl under, disgusting. Floor in room full of cat hair and “ball of hair”, floor wasn’t washed ass well. Walls dirty, but like somewhere in a ghetto! So I write them first morning to please clean the bathroom and floor. Mistake, when we met the owner he started to be aggressive and start telling us that it’s our mistake because we didn’t lock the doors! No, it was there when we arrived. Then he started srab the poop from the toilet seat with his fingernail!!! Day after they stopped greeting us, and started to killing us with the eyes. But they clean the toilet properly but never the floor. What is worst owners are making huge noise to the 23:00- or even later, because he is playing pool with his friend and listening loud music! So if you need to wake up at 4:00 for some activity good luck! No possible to rest well!! They are smoking everywhere, mostly in a kitchen with is non-acceptable for me! The smell was everywhere also in our room! Their cat goes from room to the room, yes inside. After all of this I contacted support on Airbnb, mistake, they call them and then they started to be more aggressive to us. Also information, they are there 24/7 and they are always watching who is coming inside, no private at all. And the guitar play everytime when you open the main doors, so if you have first room on a left side, good luck, you gonna be awake all the time. NEVER...

Sol de la chambre sale (sable et poussière), ressorts qui sortent du matelas, sdb commune qui n’a pas été nettoyée pendant 4 jours de mon séjour. Pas de cuisine pour les voyageurs. Bruit et musique incessants chaque jour jusqu’à minuit et dès 8h du matin par les propriétaires qui jouent au billard avec leurs amis, odeurs de joints et tous alcoolisés dès l’après-midi. Elle m’a taché une polaire blanche ainsi que les habits de mes amis en les lavant avec des crayons de couleur roses dans la machine et a eu le culot de nous demander de lui régler le lavage.
