Inactivo — Hotel in Santiago

Excellent location. Very friendly staff who sincerely wanted to be helpful in spite of not speaking English. With the help of extensive pantomime, we were able to proceed without any difficulties. If you appreciate an old-fashioned charm this hotel is for you. If you incline to expect well-functioning facilities, you may wish to look for something different. My friend and I stayed in two different rooms. Neither room had windows. So, there was no source of natural ventilation. We could not leave the doors open to let fresh air in because of mosquitos in the inner yard. As a result, the air in the rooms was stuffy. The shower worked poorly in my room and did not work at all in my friend’s room; so, she had to take shower in my room. And last but not least, my friend found a bedbug in her bed…. Fortunately, I did not, otherwise I would go through the roof. As a result, I can only award two stars to this establishment. And I am generous. I was unable to leave this review at Booking.com where the reservation was made. I tried...

I travelled for a while but this is the first stay, which i shouldn´t have done.||This stay was recommended to my by the taxi driver which helped me since there was a strike in bs aires all flights got cancelled.||I paid for a 7 h stay in a dorm for 40 eur even though i arrived at 5 am (check out 12) she charged me full for nothing and said if i can pay for another day. I paid the same price for a nice appartment the other day.||Next time i just sleep in the airport||||ps,; no one speaks english at...
