this hotel is an absolute gem. It is conveniently located in front of the Río Calle Calle. Everything is pristine and very well upkept. The location is excellent located nearby most of the best rated restaurants as well as the main road leading to the Fort, the breweries and many of the important touristic attractions.||The room is spacious and has all of the necessary amenities . ||For your stay, you get one free entrance to the casino which I would highly recommend doing. Based on the reviews, we booked a night at Dreams. Truly fabulous place and a great value for the money. The views from the riverfront rooms are stunning. Rooms are large, elegant and modern, sparkling clean. If you're a bath and shower person, then you're in for a treat. These bathrooms are amazing -- multiple shower heads in the shower (your own personal car wash!), a comfy Jacuzzi bathtub, and electric blinds that allow the bathroom to be opened up to the room or closed for privacy. The bed was plush and perfect. Treat yourself to a nightcap up in the 12th floor lounge/restaurant. As other reviewers have noted, it can get lively, so be ready for that. Para los que buscan la mejor experiencia en hotelería en Valdivia, no busquen más. El Dreams de Valdivia ofrece una experiencia 5 estrellas en todo sentido, partiendo por las habitaciones, que son amplias, diseñadas con buen gusto, e incluyen detalles que hacen que uno se sienta cómodo inmediatamente (amenities básicos & adicionales como por ejemplo cepillo de dientes y vanity kit de cortesía, batas y ropa de cama hechos de telas de alta calidad, y agua embotellada y chocolates de cortesía todos los días). El baño de nuestra habitación tenía cortinas eléctricas que separan elegantemente los ambientes hacía el dormitorio, y las cabinas de ducha y WC están separadas por ventanales (no ofrecen mucha privacidad al haber dos personas en el baño lamentablemente). Además, nuestra habitación contaba con una amplia terraza que da hacía el río Calle Calle. Lo que no nos gustó tanto fue que la separación entre las terrazas con habitaciones aledañas constaba de un ventanal que no ofrece ninguna privacidad. El hotel cuenta con una amplia piscina temperada y jacuzzi, dos gimnasios totalmente equipados (para cardio y para muscular), y dos saunas (humedo y seco) además de dos piscinas frías para sumergirse post-sauna. Lamentablemente no se respetan aforos y la piscina se llena al punto de que parece piscina pública. En el piso 12 está el Sky Bar, en el cual se sirve el desayuno, el cual es variado y satisfizo nuestras expectativas (podrían servir tocino a futuro quizás). Se pueden pedir omelettes y otras especialidades por un cargo adicional. En el Sky Bar ofrecen cocktails y snacks en las tardes y noches. Existe un restaurante aledaño al Lobby (el cual, a propósito y como única gran crítica, es muy poco acogedor y bastante frío y minimalista. Da la impresión que quieren que los huéspedes se queden en el Lobby la menor cantidad de tiempo posible y que vayan al Casino que está justo al frente) llamado Gohan, que sirve deliciosos platos de gastronomía estilo internacional, así como también Sushi.
